Very happy with the service, please add on more retailers eg Mr price, PEP, ackermans, Game, etc.... Adding Uber and bolt as well would do wonders
I had reported that my delivery was way overdue and I was contacted after the review and the delivery was made same day. Now the products received are not what I actually paid for, my black laundry basket had a piece of the handle missing and my compensation for that was another different basket however it didn't have a lid. I'm guessing customers get the rejects that the store cannot keep as a form of compensation. You need to deliver what customers pay for not what you think is right for us.... I failed to return these things because it would take me a very long time before I get my order. Disappointment on disappointment over and over again.
I have placed and paid for an order on the 25th JULY today it is the 1st AUGUST and I am still waiting for same order that should take two day weekends included, tried contacting them but I'm being sent from pillar to post. I do not recommend this brand no communication just nothing, I'm now just running from one agent to the next with no resolution. Extremely disappointed.
I bought a product which I normally buy therefore I know how it looks and tastes like however what was advertised VS what was inside were two different things. I bought chicken polony only to find that it's not chicken inside but that normal polony which I don't even eat. Contacted customer care and was given a lousy R80 voucher.. What should I be eating now due to your incompetence? Transportation to the retail store is R70, who should cover that expense? The amount spent to get an alternative since I cant eat this product comes from where? What about my time???
I'd like to to express my utmost disappointment and inconvenience you have caused me, I came through to your DIEPKLOOF store to make the final payment of my laybye which I first laybyed last month and now I am told that the product is unavailable until JULY!!! To top it all of, I'm told that I still have to wait until JULY to get my refund!!!! JULY???? What kind of a service is this??? Give me my product or refund my money immediately or else I'm taking this matter to the ombudsman.
I ordered and paid yesterday for scheduled delivery for 13:00 - 14:00 today, right now it's 17:00 and my order is not delivered yet on the app it's saying my order is delivered. I called Spar Ridgeway (where I ordered) at 15:03 and was told that it is completely normal to see the order as delivered on the app yet the delivery hasn't been done yet. I honestly fail to understand how is it that I ordered and paid on time and yet they fail to slightly communicate or even apologize for this huge inconvenience you have caused me. I strongly advise against using their services.
I purchased airtime from the the app yet it was not credited to my airtime balance yet they deducted the amount from my capitec account, called and emailed yet still no refund.... It's been 3 days already, how difficult is it to fix this????
