Oneplan always pays but no one can tell me WHAT WENT WRONG?
I loved Oneplan UNTIL! I send through invoices often and NEVER have a problem with the amount loaded onto their card for me to pay the Vet. Now they never received the invoice I sent? It’s so difficult to discus easy, normal matter with them. It goes around and around and around with no understanding of what my needs are!? Just give me a reason Oneplan? So that and you know it was pre approved and now? I needed to take my pooch to the vet and ASSUMED, it was my ex not paying the monthly premium. We were paid up but little did I know../ I paid the R500 with the last money in my account. I’ve been unemployed since lockdown.

Tedelex 11l - silicone rubber seal ring a DESIGN FLAW!
The pressure cooker seal for the 11l pot is atrocious!!! I have replaced it 3 times now. It cost me so much in petrol trying to “hunt” for replacements! The lid causes the rubber / flimsy rubber / silicone ring to slice open (when boiling hot)! Come on guys, surely you could have done better? I’m 💯 percent sure this is a design flaw!

R16k for what????
My boyfriend and I love to travel and we normally have our own camper. We decided to “glamp-up” our trip and test our smaller 4x4 and book a chalet. We were terribly excited :-) We attended the STRAB Fest and paid R16k for a 4 sleeper for 4 nights! The Kobus rondavel… My boyfriend is blind and we needed a bathroom in our unit so that he could get around himself, rather than trying to find the public ablution facility. Some of the problems: We had no braai grid at all! Wonky / flimsy plastic chairs. Moulded (green) wooden utensils and cutting board. All crockery was dusty and or dirty. The pots and pans were in a state with no fitting lids! We complained but no one listened! What a rip-off and a very bad 1st experience for my boyfriend. I’m an old STRABber but will not return again. Whether we camp or not!

Best Pet Insurance OnePlan 🤩
It is so easy to deal with OnePlan Pet Insurance! You do everything via the app and they add the monies on their Credit Card they supply to you with a pin. Oneven done, scan and add the invoice after using the OnePlan Credit Card and whala!!! Their pet food and pet mall is also amazing! I can’t find deals for deworming, ticks and fleas, food, collars, etc., anywhere else for cheaper!!! Thank you OnePlan ♥️

Worst KFC EVER!
KFC Moreleta Park (Piering Road) If I die tomorrow, or have food poisoning! Its from the one bite I ingested! Nobody could eat their food! There was a weird taste... we have never tasted anything like it ever! YUK!

Caraffa Restaurant THE BEST!
Caraffa Restaurant is absolutely amazing. Extremely busy, even on Mondays (must book). My B-day was on a Monday & I was worried that the restaurant we chose, would be quiet... my last b-day on a Monday was terribly boring! Even though the parking lot and restaurant were packed, it felt so comfortable and intimate... it was easy to have a conversation. The waiters & staff were excellent and extremely knowledgable WRT the menu and summing up a person if/when they are decisive. The menu.... good luck choosing something, I almost wanted everything, LOL!
