I love the convenience of having all the ingredients delivered. The recipes are always interesting and tasty. The portions are generous The ingredients are always of the highest quality. It is always exciting to find out what new are the new recipes for the week.
Webafrica has to be the most appalling service provider in the country. After waiting for 3 weeks for their technician to come and install the router, I decided to cancel my subscription with them. which I did. I asked them where should I drop the router, they gave me an address which I went to, only to be told when I got there that they had actually moved! I had driven 30 k from work! They agreed to pick up the router from me (this was in October last year). Gave me a date. No one came. Then I got a lawyer's letter demanding that I returned the router. I explained what happened. They agreed to pick up the router. Gave me an exact date. No one came. I queried what happened. They came back to me saying they were querying with the courrier. I then got an invoice for the router and today I found out that they have actually debited my bank account without my permission as I am not a customer of theirs! This is totally unacceptable. And I still do not know when the router will be picked up! I have asked them to reverse the debit order immediately.
Outstanding service from this company. From the day I ordered to the day cables and router were installed, the turnaround was 5 days. They kept me updated all along and even waited for me later in the afternoon to lay out the cables when I was late. Highly recommended
Appalling service from Webafrica. I have registered as a new customer 4 weeks ago already. I have had the new router to be installed in my possession for 3 weeks now and nobody has been in touch to let me know when it will be installed. It is impossible to talk to anyone as there is no phone number, the only thing available is Whatsapp Chat, this morning I waited for 2 HOURS on whatsapp, this evening, I have been already waiting for 45 mns with no success. It is shocking.
Ford Tygervalley must be the absolute worst dealer in the whole of SA. My Ecosport Titanium has been there for 2 months now. It lost power and I could not drive it. Waited for 2 weeks for an assessment, apparently the technician could not find what was wrong. I was told eventually that it was the TCM that needed to be replaced. Waited for another 4 weeks for the parts to arrive. They fitted the part, but I was told the gearbox failed and that they needed authorization to replace the gearbox. Waited for another 2 weeks. They eventually gave me a courtesy car. Got a phone call last week Tuesday notifying me that the replacement for the gearbox has been approved and that they are waiting for the part. Got a phone call this morning telling me that they actually need to send the gearbox for assessment and that they were not talking about the gearbox last week but the clutch which is totally untrue. The clutch was never mentioned. So at that stage, I do not even know if I will have my car for Christmas! I will not even talk about the endless phone calls I had to make to get any kind of information about my car, the promises that they will phone me back which they never do. It is an absolute nightmare. I have never experienced such shocking service anywhere.
Excellent service from Dionne Stevens who followed up on a claim since December 2019, phoning me regularly and offering advice and suggestions. Well done
I had an excellent service from Patrick Ndopu from Discovery Assist. My car battery was flat. I phoned Discovery Assist. Within 5 minutes, Patrick came back to me to give me the details of the contractor who would come to help me. The contractor arrived withing 10 mns and sorted my car battery out. Patrick phone me back within half an hour to confirm that all was fine. Everything was done professionally and very quickly. Well done
