Vryheid in KZN have been struggling with Vodacom signal for more than 3 to 4 weeks with either extremwly poor or NO signal. When customwr seevice is contactwd there is being said that they are attending to it or in tje last instance the twchnitian did not have the parts available. This is really the qorat of all service. As all know in today era everything revolves aroind signals , internet and wifi. If the service delivery is of such poor standard then people must reconsider a change in service providers. I have been uploading data to do my work and to do normal day to day c****s what wifi is neede to do the latter. Will vodacom rwinburse those affected due to the poor delivery? I am one for sure to not pay may subscription coming end of month. I have kept all receipts paid for data and will gladly sent as proof of purchase to Vodacom for thier poor service. I have been with them for more than 5 years and if its not a change in tarif then its the poor delivery. Well done Vodacom.

I have enquired about the price lock package on the 18th of March 2022. After accepting the agreement the said installer neglected for a whole week to do the installation. After numerous phone calls the installation was done on the 1st April 2022. I was then informed after a heated conversation with a agent and then a supervisor MR Nako Gaba that i had to make a prorata payment. I did the payment and mailed proff od the latter to nako.gaba@multichoice.co.za. He confirmed receipt and my service was uploaded. From that date my service has been suspended numerous times aflicting call amounts from my cellphone to date to the amount of more tban R700 to explain the situation. Everytime a call agent who seems to have absolutely NO idee whats going on would request proof of payment mailed. Up to date the lroof of payme t was mailed to proofofpayment@dstv.com four times and still my payment have not been allocated to my account. Causing for my service to be suspended ending up wigh me having to call the incompetent call agentagain and AGAIN explain the situation and issue. I am cancelling my subscription due to incompetend call agents and more than extremely poor quality of client services from DSTV/Multichoice. Not ONCE have i been called back from any supervisor at any stage to enquire if the matter has been resolved. I made an agreement right in the beginning of applying for the proce lock package for a debit order to be desucted on the 26th April 2022 which was accepted and agreed upon by myself and the agent who initialy offer the package to me. I would discourage ANYONE from entering into a agreement with DSTV/ MULTICHOICE due to wztremely poor call agent knowledge and assistance skills and capabillities. They can not speak to customera and have absolutely no customer service skills. The agents knowledge of the product is extremely poor and they do not give all relevant info upfront. Causing unnessasary and wxpw sive calls to the call centre just to again be annoyed by an incompetend agent that can only perform what is infront of them on a screen. I will keep on cancelling the deduction to a point where somsone actually calls me back. I will discourage any future clie ts of even thinking of aubscribing to dstv to do that. It will cause you alot in airtime and calls and chase your hwart rate up due to the lack of knowledge and service from DSTV. Service by agent was extremely good. BUT there is a catch. African bank lures people to do a loan application by sending them an sms stating that a loan of R250 000 has been pre approved. Only to inform the applicant once they contact African bank that they will do the application and get back with an offer. African bank do a hard enquiry on the persons credit check at the credit bureau affecting the clients credit score and disabling that person for n period of time to apply for ANY credit. They then call back with a ridiculous offer. The sms send by African bank generates high hope with clients only to find that it is not the case. Crippling the consumers credit score.
I have had 3 very bad experiences with Steers in Vryheud KZN in a month. The first time we waited 2 hours for our order. We eventually had to go and collect because they forgot. The second time they completely delivered the wrong order to me. Everytime when i phoned the call centre the agent was speaking extremely soft with absolutely no telephone manners or ethics. The 3rd time round they send the cooldrinks incorrectly. Again whe the call centre was contacted the reply again very soft and no manners or ethics at all replied he will see if the supervisor could attend to the matter. I asked to be called back with a resolution that 24 hours later still have not happened. We are still sitting with someone elses cooldrinks. I will NEVER again make any food or beverages purchases from the local branch what so ever. Mrs Swanepoel from Vryheid KZN.
People be warned. Arican Investment is an investment scheme. They have the website www.interafricaninvestment.co.za that shows the tables that "explain" the investment with periods. You then have to deposut the amount you want to invest to a Standard Bank acc with number 10100288098. You are requested to make immediate paiment and send proof of the latter. There is a 0835166412 cell number as well. This is a SCAM. Once you reach pay out date you will receive a sms stating that you must deposit another amount 10% of the so called pay out amount in order to have your funds paid to you. That also never happens. You then recieve an email stating that they have finaliswd a credit card in your name with the amount of R97000. Again another deposit is required of R4250 for the cqrd to be couriered to ones door step. Also another SCAM. Beware of this. The person on the 083 number just keep on insisting on the deposits to be made to their account. Even if the 011 219 7255 nu.ber is contqcted they ask for the deposits. Beware of this unless you are willing to part with your hard earned monies.
