you're losing sales due to your teams' pathetic customer service
2 years ago we bought a new submersible septic tank pump from the drain surgeon (R20k) and sent our then-broken pump in for repairs with the same company. 2 months later we received the "repaired and tested pump". The drain surgeon assured us the repaired pump is in working condition. So we stored it safely because we had a brand new pump already doing the job Two years later this week our pump burned out beyond repair, called the drain surgeon to replace the pump with the one we had repaired. After all was done, the repaired pump kept tripping and again we had an overflowing septic tank. The drain surgeon advised we need to replace our "repaired" pump, which hasn't worked since it was supposedly repaired. I logged a call early the next morning for them to assist with a solution, but nothing was done. At 3 pm, I followed up that day, these people referred me to the JHB Manager (JM). His excuse was "We were looking for a place to repair your pump the whole day,". Firstly the pump was supposed to be beyond repairs, secondly: if it could be repaired, it would take longer than a day to complete, considering the time it takes to acquire parts, resources, etc. What we need is a solution to an environmental catastrophe. A whole day was wasted with no results, and sewage continues to flow down a storm drain... this could have been avoided if we had a working pump as promised. POOR DELIVERY FALSE PROMISES *********** MANAGERS please avoid this service provider at all costs, after servicing our company for 4+ years, we've stubbed our toe for the very last time

BEWARE PROSPECTING CAR INSURANCE SEEKERS, The people from dotsure (as well as their schedule policy) baldly state, that your vehicle will be replaced (in the case of a write off or theft) according the "market value" of your car. What they HIDE from you is that they obtain their market value from another source OTHER than Transunion values. This is not stipulated in their policy nor is it mentioned when you sign up. They determine their values from a platform called Trutrade, a significantly reduced amount. They emailed me saying that they're also determining their market values from selling platforms like Autotrader, Carfind.co.za and Cars.co.za....? I had no alternative to accept an amended settlement of loss offer in excess of R50000 from Transunion values, because I needed to buy another vehicle urgently.
the right to an invoice upon purchase is a standard. Why do we need to ask for it? This nonsense, implement automation or fire the invoicing staff, having to wait days to receive invoices is ridiculous.

DON'T ORDER FROM MR DELIVERY i was unaware that I couldn't be reached at the time I needed to collect my food. I called your customer service reps, simply to be told by the first person that because I couldn't collect my order "there is nothing we can do for you". I drove to the restaurant thinking that the food was returned, it was not. I called you a second time, I was told that the food was not taken back, it was taken to the driver "hub" for processing..! I asked her, "I paid for my food can I have a refund"? She said "It is not possible, I simply forfeit the money I paid" What kind of procedure is this, and who is eating free pizza??!!! Where is the disclaimer for this procedure on your app. THIEVES, don't tell me you threw the food away. Why not return it to the store and have the customer pay a penalty for fuel used to return the pizza. more importantly, WHERE IS THE WARNING/DISCLAIMER!!! I will go to every possible platform to make you guys famous for this absolute useless, unprofessional mandate. I tested the offer outsurance has to pay you R500 if they cannot beat your current insurance. They couldn't beat it, and because I have claimed in the past 3 years; I am only eligible for R500. I was sent an SMS saying that a link will be sent for me to complete a form to claim the R500. I received no email, even after verifying it. I called outsurance, they said someone will call you. That was 10 days ago, still no call, no email.
I should have checked this company's review before buying, it's obvious that I'm not the only person having problems with Decofurn. This place barely deserves even one star. The customer service is pathetic, the delivery was late and the product was damaged and even short of parts. Spend the extra buck a better experience. The owner and their so-called management of Decofurn Factory Shop clearly does not care a flying rats **** about how they run their company.
