My husband and I have an extended warranty with them for the last 7 years. We have used 3 of their referred mechanics over the years. These guys messed up our car and we had to pay out of pocket for their exorbitant bills. Last year we were again ********** by an RMI approved dealer and the problem was not sorted. Motor Happy said that there was nothing we could do. Since then, we have found a reputable mechanic who was able to sort out our vehicle at 75% less than what our last claim was. Motor Happy declined our claim to the non RMI approved dealer (who used to be RMI approved) and further told us that they will only process our claims if we use their list of mechanics. M-Sure/RMI Approved mechanics are greedy, *********** and we are forced to send our vehicles to be **********! They cause more problems and we are left to pick up the pieces. We want to be able to choose our own mechanic, we are fine to sign a disclaimer form and we do not want to deal with your *********** staff in the claims department.
Exnova is a ****. Their system glitches. The take profit function constantly malfunctions and triggers automatic stop losses. When you try to close trades the Exnova system says you need to first deposit funds in order to close a trade and when you do deposit funds the system does not close your trade. This causes your losses to go on until hundreds of dollars are deposited and then the system initiates automatic stop losses. Every time you contact support you get an automated response, telling you the query has been resolved. This platform is unregulated and you will save yourself time and money if you avoid Exnova/IQ Options platforms as they are the same. I submitted screenshots with their system errors, take profits not working and system not allowing to close trades and it it more than 2weeks and I get emails asking me to keep sending position IDs, verify details but nothing in response to their faulty system and my money that was taken from my account because of their system glitches. The screenshots will be posted online titled Exnova **** and Exnova system malfunction. Here is my email to Exnova the ****mers and my matter has not been resolved and my money has not been returned to me. Dear Exnova/IQ Option Support, I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding a malfunction on your trading platform that has directly resulted in financial losses to my account. On the 8th of May 2025, several of my trades reached the predetermined take profit levels. However, due to a glitch in your system, the platform failed to automatically close these trades as expected. Additionally, I was unable to manually modify the take profit levels as the trades moved in my favour. Any attempt to close the trades now is met with the error message: "Unable due to unknown error." These trades remain open and in error. This platform malfunction had a direct knock-on effect on the rest of my account. Since the affected trades remained open due to your system error, other trades were triggered and subsequently hit automated stop losses, resulting in avoidable financial losses. I have attached screenshots clearly showing: The take profit trades that remain open. The error message preventing closure or modification. The account impact due to this error. I request the following: Immediate investigation and resolution of the error preventing closure and modification of my affected trades. Full compensation for the losses incurred as a result of your system's malfunction. Please treat this matter with urgency. Should I not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will be left with no choice but to share the details and attached evidence across public forums, review platforms, and trader communities to ensure transparency and accountability. I purchased 2 ikhoka machines last year, was such a problem to get it, a problem to Rica, all sorts of problems. Never used it for months. Three weeks ago i did a few transactions on it. The app/site does not say anything about how you actually get the cash into your bank account. I checked online and found out that after 2-3 working days iKhokha transfers the cash into your bank account. Its been more than 2 weeks and no cash was transferred. We had to send a selfie holding our ID card to this company.....like where did you hear of such a thing right???? Anyhow, we did this and still no cash. The iKhokha machine is great, the staff, backup, after sales support, processes etc is just absolutely pathetic! You gotta really just weigh in the odds here........if you expect things done quick and efficiently, don't go this route. If you have an assistant to do the time consuming, painstaking job of dealing with incompetence and you're in no hurry then this company will definately work for you. iKhoka, get me my cash into my bank account!
I am a client here for a long time. The first time i used the warranty, the dealer approved by them, messed up my car by putting in the wrong part. I received a case/complaint number. I then informed them that I will be using another approved dealer that i located. It is now 3 weeks that i do not have a car. The claims department has for the past 3 weeks been telling me to tell the dealer to phone them as they are unable to tell me what the delay is. There has been no feedback with regard to my initial complaint and the dealer who is sorting out my car now. My contract is with Motor Happy/M-sure not with a dealer. Highly disappointed with the way claims are processed and the dealers that are approved by this company. Please stay far away from these guys!
I am a loyal Afrihost client for over a decade. There has never been a single time when they were not able to assist me. Last month i had an unscrupulous web developer, from Bangladesh named Atiqur Rahman, that I found on fiverr. He had deleted the content of my site which had took me a month to write and upload. He deleted his fiverr account and there was no way to contact him and very little recourse. I had called the Afrihost call centre and spoke to Mpho, i explained my dramatic story to him, he placed my call on hold. It was the longest 2min of my life....lol! He had come back on the line and told me that i would need to write an email to hosting and relate a few things there which he clearly detailed to me. He then assured that Afrihost will be able to roll back my site to an earlier time. He was extremely helpful and he put me at east. I then sent the mail off. Not long after that I received an email from a guy name Jishnu who responded' "Surely we will be able to assist you". I had never been happier to see these word in my life! :)) WIth a few emails going to and fro, later that night I got an email from Aiswarya who confirmed that my website had been restored and listed a number of roll back times that were available. I just want to thank all these people that assisted me. These issues may be normal for IT specialists but for me that has basic knowledge, its really a huge deal. In SA these days there are very few companies that can ensure happy customers ALL the time. I am always impressed with Afrihost. Their prices, packages, customer service, everything! Such a pleasure. I strongly recommend Afrihost.com to anyone that is in business and to people who thought it was impossible to do business online. Go with this company, you will never be disappointed. I've been client for more than a year without claiming. A few weeks ago i decided to change the control arm on the left side of my car. I had difficulty finding a RMI dealer that would do the job, eventually settled for one 30km away from my residence. it took 2 weeks and 3 trips to and fro to this useless dealer to eventually get the claim approved. Once approved my car went in and had to stay there overnight because these guys, Sunset tyres damaged the sensor on the left side, the cars air suspension kept falling. The car was either high on one side and low on the other. On the second day while the car was still at the dealer, Motor Happy had already paid these guys out. The min i drove my car out of the workshop there was nothing that I could do. My left passenger windows stopped wordking. I had to take my car to Mercedes Benz to discover that the dealers that Motor Happy referred had damaged my sensors. Motor Happy, M-Sure is not reliable, they have ridiculously low limits and they so called recommended workshops are pathetic. The process to get a claim approved to their dealers to the follow up is not worth your trouble. I have a suspension problem, a broken sensor, windows that dont work and with Motor Happy liability form they and the dealer take no responsibility for any issues that may arise from their shady dealings. BIG NO TO MOTOR HAPPY. STAY FAR FROM THIS COMPANY!
iKhoka had a special for their lower end card machines. I purchased 2 machines on the 4th August 2020. Payment went off immediately. Reference number-IKhokha-88886-#8084. It is now the 27th August and I do not have the card machines. No one replies to my emails. Melissa Marnies and Nico Pillay has received all correspondence and no responses. The call centre advised that they cannot cancel this order. Be extremely weary about this company. Once they receive payment, there is a long list of documentation that must be submitted, especially for businesses. Appalled that in this age we have to endure such incompetence and delays. If you have time and money to waste.......this is the company that ticks those boxes.
I purchased the Yoco card machine in November. I have uploaded my bank documents multiple times, to have it activated. Its almost two months and they have not verified my account nor have they transferred my money to me. This was supposed to be an easy, hassle free process. As a business they require, minutes of meetings, bank signatory letters, 3 months bank statements. Even after submission of bank docs, they still keep your money. Extremely inefficient. Do not waste your time. If you're a business, get it from your bank.
