I have an issue with my omoda c5 that I bought just this year, March 2025. It is now giving me issues and when calling, I got transferred until knock off time. The phones eventually did not go through. My car makes a sound on the pedals and also the paint is peeling off. To think I’ve been defending omoda from all the social media backlash, guess who is experiencing the the worst after sales service. I’m so heart broken 💔
I sent an email with regards to my home loan to the email bondrs…..on the 21 October, I still haven’t received anything from them. When I call home loans they refer me to the email address. Please assist
MY HOME LOAN DEBIT ORDER KEEPS DECLINING BECAUSE FUNDS ARE ON HOLD I DON’T WHY!!!! I THE MONEY IS IN MY ACCOUNT BUT IS GETTING HELD I DON’T KNOW WHERE. REVERSE THE DECLINE FEES AND MAKE THIS DOES NOT AFFECT MY CREDIT REPORT!!!!! RELEASE MY MONEY!!!!!! AM I BEING PUNISHED FOR DOWNGRADING MY ACCOUNT AND SETTLING THE OVERDRAFT AND CREDIT CARD????????SORT THIS OUT. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED FOR OVER WEEK WHEN I WAS TOLD IT ONLY TAKES 48 HOURS TO RELEASE THE FUNDS. 25/07/2025 I CALLED IN AND ILLISA TRIED HELPING,WAITED ON CALL FOR OVER AN HOUR BUT SHE HERSELF COULD NOT GET MANAGERS TO ASSIST. NO ONE UNDERSTANDS WHY ARE MY FUNDS BEING ON HOLD AND NO ONE IS TRYING TO ASSIST. I AM GOING TO MAKE NOISE UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS. I'm saddened that I still have to write thing again. Pedro does not take my complaints seriously. They get orders wrong, when I try to get it right, it's made to seem like I'm a monster. Why can't anyone sort this out. The same lady again gives me attitude. She puts my order number for collection seeing that I've been waiting for long then when I go collect she gets angry. What is it that I need to do to get this resolved? The lady supervisor there is the worst. She gossips about clients with the very same staff she should be reprimanding. Yesterday they even went to the back, it's the kitchen I think to go and laugh as I was asking for them to give me the right order. No one does anything there. The service is the worst I've ever seen. They always make sure I feel worthless for buying there... Yoh I really don't know... Pedro's Eastrand Mall, Boksburg.
Chips were burnt, service was horrible! I hate that when I come there I have to wait for long ALL THE DAMN TIME. They service their friends that come before you. Today no one wanted to refill source bottles. I had to go back to work with chips that have no source because no one wanted to help. Also I had to wait a whole hour for burnt chips.... I'm taking this to social media so you can act.
Good day. I hope this reaches someone. I will complain in all platforms (including social media) until someone does something. I got the worst service at your eastrand mall branch. I am not happy. I waited for almost an hour for my order, they then selected the number for pick up even though the order was not ready for collection. When I asked the lady about it she said it's not her problem that Pedro's systems are not corresponding. She does not know why my order was selected for collection. She then threw the receipt on my face saying it's not her problem. At this point, I was not even rude but was just asking. Seeing her attitude, I asked her for yje manager, she pushed some lady towards me saying she's the manager. The "manager" who seems like a new employee did not even address her behavior instead laughed at me. When she was told to apologize she refused saying what's wrong with her telling me Pedro's system issues are not her problem. She then went on talking to her other colleagues saying she doesn't know what I want from her, maybe I know her personally and have an Agenda. I'm so disappointed. I don't know this lady but the things she said were really hurtful and disgusting. There's a lot she said and did. I am not happy at all. I will complain until it reaches someone that will be able to call her into order. It's not even the first time I got this type of service from that restaurant. I am sure going to share this experience as much as I can for customers to know the treatment we get here. Disappointed!

My contract has ended but they are still deducting. Please cancel the thing I don't want to use telkom any more. I have been telling them on the phone that I don't want it renewed. Cancel that thing!
