What a terrible company, I ordered shirts for my staff beginning of this year, I took them 2 months with NO comunication to send me my order. Apparently there system is slow,and they are not getting there emails(2weeks slow). When I finally recieved it, half was missing, no email call or explanation, So after I had to ask, it took another 2 weeks to get half of the rest. Apperently no stock. In my frustrartion I decided to call the newcastle branch, since they are close and hopefully the service would be better, So I ordered again, asked for 4xl shirts, after another 5 weeks, I got 4 x XL shirts. Sad part is, all my cloths is Jonssons, and its not loke they are cheap R800 for short pants, but Im so done with them, I will go out of my way to tell everyone not to support them. Thanks for waisting my money Jonssons, now I have to buy everything all other again to match all the outfits, defenatily not making the mistake to buy from them ever again!!
Mail box is full, the option to delete is not working, now they force me to take a bigger package because the detele option not working. rather skip this company
People take money from my account without my permission, online reverse not working, apparently they cant stop random people from just stealing my money. Im closing my account after 23 years i had enough.
They deduct R750 from my account every month without my permission, I dont have any business with telkom, thats called theft where I come from, when you call the help desk, they tell you sorry, we cant help you, your not a customer. STOP Stealing my money!!!!!!!
I called 3 times to get support on a cannon printer, was transfered all more than 10 times. BAD BAD service, stay away from Canon is my advice.
The bank in town is closed due to covid, Max limit for atm is 5000 and keeps failing when trying to change it to 5000. so thank you for being useless. Losing my business. Oh and support closes at 5
STAY AWAY, I ported my nr, its been 2 months and I cant receive calls from vodacom, reported it about 10 times, not ONE of MTN customer care agents called me back.
