Kingprice is always quick to respond when you request for assistance be it callback or have an emergency
I bought items online at Spar2u on the 14th of December 2025,got a call after an hour that no stock was available but I will not get my refund immediately.It's been more than 7 days and still have not received my money or communication.Why should I suffer because Spar cannot manage it's stock levels? This is bad customer service.
Very bad company that don't even understand its own statuses ,you keep tracking your order at the end of day they just put status failed to deliver.You keep calling to follow up and they act as if they doing you a favour.
I purchased an item online from Makro on the 26th of August, received confirmation on the 28th that driver is on the way to deliver.Few minutes after status changed to failed to deliver. Contacted Makro and Wum drop(courier company)from the 28th with no help then on the 31st was told they rebooking it for delivery Monday.Today status showed driver picked up parcel at 3pm, half 5 I see status changed to customer cancelled.Makro contracted with the delivery company but is not taking any responsibility to make sure I receive my order but took my money.
Agents don't know what they are doing ,I notified them if my moved a month in advance but they didn't cancel my service they debited me for the fibre I nolonger use.I app**** for a new one as I was relocating they debited my account then after 7 days they tell me my area is not supported by Metro fibre but what's worse is that there is a Metro fibre already installed in the house
They are very helpful and always willing to assist even outside working hours.Shout out to Nishaad,Tununu and Thabo for great service always.
Bad support service no care for customers as long they just deduct for them its okay.They just close tickets without solving they ,no confirmation regret signing up with them this is robbing people serious
Bought a phone at vodacom on the 24th of September asked the sales lad[y if it wasn't network locked she said no. When I got home phone cant accept other sim. Returned the phone the following day 25th of September they said I must come on the 27th they will unlock the phone. Went on the 27th the story changed they said they are booking it for inspection. They promised to call me back after 7 days but thwy never did. I have been calling to speak to sales lady and the manager and always its either they are not available or they are busy I always leave my details no one calls back. Yesterday the 11th of October I called thwy told me the lady is nolonger working there and the story I am telling them and what they see under booking is different so they will need to book it again for how long should I stay without a phone and worse part no one feom the store is giving me update but this was a cash transaction so it means they are not bothered. Logged a query on hello peter the only feedback I got from vodacom online was that my phone was booked for check up then my query was closed but I still don't have myy phone.Does one single person at vodacom care that I am a customer who paid her money and still doesn't have my goods after 3 weeks. Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number EC-17VO-2PKVWI has been closed. Thank you Vodacom.
I bought a phone for cash at vodacom southgate on the 24th of September and asked them if I can use any other network for internet because its dual sim phone. They said yes it allows all networks, surprisingly when i get home it only allows vodacom sim for data. Took the phone back on Saturday they said people who can assist works Monday to Friday. Went back yesterday Monday the 27th thwy took the phone and said they returning it thwy will call me after 7 days. I paid my money and I have no phone as we speak what happened to the fact that you can return the phone within 7 days to get a different phone if thw onw you have has issues or you get refund if you cant be given an alternative. I mean why should I suffer for their own problem. This is very bad service and taking advantage of consumers.
My woolworths credit card account is in arrears because I made an advance payment so advance payment is same none payment .What kind of service is that not even an effort to call and advise but going straight to ruin my credit record.
