I recommend using One Plan Pet Insurance for your furbabies. The consultants are very helpfull and efficient. My claim was processed on the same day that I submitted the claim.

Dear MTN, I cancelled my online contract with you, within the 7 day cancellation period, on 4 February 2022. I returned your sim card to the Rivonia MTN store on 5 February 2022. It was confirmed by Mondo on 8 February 2022 that my contract was cancelled. On 28 February 2022 you deducted money from my account via debit order. I have sent emails which you do not respond to. When I phone the customer care line, the consultant states that I need to phone 136. I am not sure how to phone 136, as I returned your MTN sim card. I am so disappointed with your online, email and call center service. I do not recommend MTN to anyone.

I am a very loyal Clicks customer. Every month I buy my toiletries at Clicks. I decided to try out the Clicks online shop this month, but very disappointed. I placed an order on Clicks online the morning of Friday 26 June 2020. I immediately realized the delivery address was incorrect, so I emailed Clicks, as well as phoned them to try and change the delivery address. The Clicks Customer Service Consultant informed me that they could not change the delivery address. I then had to contact the courier service and ask them to change the address. Now instead of my order being delivered between 1 to 3 days it took 5 days. I am not sure what was the trouble in just changing my delivery address, as I immediately contacted and emailed Clicks when I realized the delivery address was incorrect.
I booked and paid a car for our honeymoon vacation via Travelstart. When we got to the agent to collect our car, she informed us that there was no car available for us and that the booking was cancelled. We contacted Travelstart, just to find out that we have to deal with a 3rd party "Cartrawler" in the UK. I have requested a refund from Cartrawler and have send numerous emails, as well as contact them numerous times. It is today exactly a month ago that the incident happened and still no refund. Very disappointed.
Very Disappointed in Travelstart! I will not recommend to book a car via Travelstart! I booked and paid a car via Travelstart for our honeymoon vacation. When I got to the agent to collect the car the agent said that there was no car for us and the booking was cancelled! Okay so now I call Travelstart just to find out that I have to deal with a third party "Cartrawler" from the UK! It is exactly a month today and still have not received a refund! I just spoke to a Travelstart lady who was very rude! She said she can not do anything and hanged up the phone in my ear. So disappointed in Travelstart, as I trusted them when I made the booking for our Honeymoon. So what do I do now? I do not want to loose all of the money I paid, for a service that I did not use :-(
