Bad service
I have ordered and paid nearly 3 weeks ago and there is no way to track my parcel. I actually rate them a minus star

UPS - TERRIBLE SERVICE
I would not even give this business a minus in stars. After advising me of exceptionally high clearance fees as well as their fees, I did ask for clarification and was told that they were correct. My parcel comes from Portugal and cost me half of the fees they are charging. I was advised on 4/4/2025 that my parcel had been released by customs???? I have sent various emails to find out where my parcel is. They at first could not tell me, now they tell me it is being held at the port following inspection for health purposes. Meanwhile on their tracking app it says it is in the warehouse in Kempton park and has been there since 4/4/2025. I have never had such bad service from any courier and I have been importing items for years. I would have thought that UPS being an international company would be the best!!!! DONT USE THEM - you will get no joy when enquiring and just get the run around. VERY disappointing

GOOD SERVICE
I would like to comment on the service at Capitec Bank in Northgate on Saturday 16/1/2021. I have forgotten the gentlemans name but he was on teller no 2. I came in there in quite a state as I had been scammed and also just had a Covid test, so you can imagine I was in a bit of a state. This gentleman, firstly remembered me from their Bellair Branch, then proceeded to phone the Capitec fraud line and explain to them what had happened. He took his time in explaining everything to me with such kindness and consideration. I apologise Sir I know you gave me your name. I would like to commend you on your service and wish you everything of the best. We need more people like you !!!!

Excellent service
Once again I would like to complement the staff at Vodacom Northgate. Aggi at this branch went above and beyond to help me upgrade 2 of my contracts. She was fantastic and patient with all my questions as well as the cancellation I needed to do. Please make sure that all your Northgate staff are aware of the compliments. Aggi you were really so professional and made my day!!!!!!

GREAT SERVICE AT SPAR OLIVEDALE
Thank you to the wonderful staff at Spar, when not being able to find an item the managers and staff are totally helpful and made sure that I was happy and after a phone call they could even tell me when they would have stock. This Spar is the best!!!!

Coffee and Crunch
Alma at Coffee and Crunch is absolutely amazing. Always ready to help you find that something extra. And her coffee is truly fantastic. One of the only coffee shops I know where you can have coffee and eat or buy truly banging products.

FEDHEALTH
I am a member of Fedhealth, but am finding them quite useless, They do not pay for anything, you have an option to transfer your savings into your wallet but then you have to pay your normal subscription as well as an extra amount to pay off the amount you have transferred to your wallet? How does this help? I have found I have reached my self payment gap but still nothing has been paid for? Does anyone else have this problem?

Went to Vodacom Northgate yesterday, was lucky enough to be served by Calvin again, his service is awesome, makes the experience so enjoyable. Wish we had more people like him. Thanks Calvin
