JSN Motors/Bryanston BMW charged me for a services not rendered, how do you service a client vehicle and not wash it? It doesn't have a good outlook to work on the vehicle give it back with oil marks all over the body. Not to mention the uninterested Dewald Van Der Westhuizen whom stir all this and walk away with a cold 'he is sorry' now I am sitting with oil marks all over the car even on the roof lining and they expect me to bring the car back for a wash. Why wasn't it washed in the first place?
Well done to Nonhlanhla Sinthumule for her professionalism on my claim I had against Discovery Insure client. Claims processes as third party can be daunting but she made the process easy and the turnaround time was fantastic.
City Property is refusing to give back my deposit, I have been a tenant since 2018 and when I vacate their unit they are refusing to pay back my deposit of over R7,100. Apparenty I must paint the entire 2 bedroom unit from my deposit.
Very poor after service. They claim to be professionals but on moving day it is totally different story, they handled my furnisher with dirty hands. The couches are dirty after washing them before the move. The Fridge stopped working and it can't properly close, they are now avoiding me to come repair my fridge. They are not what they say they are, they quickly respond when you look for moving company and give the lowest quote with insurance - it is all a lie.

The attitude is - you must just wait. why must it tackle a month to deliver books. My daughter need the books now for her academic year yet their call centre tell us to wait. I just spoke to their agent who told me in a cold tone I must wait for the 28 April 2025 because one book is outstanding.
The Courier Guy made me pay for overnight courtier on Saturday, Today they tell me the parcel will only be delivered on Wednesday. I am shocked!
Despite numerous e-mails and telephone calls, we are yet to receive settlement from Divinia Chetty of Santam Legal Department. She doesn't take calls, return left messages or attend/reply e-mails. She makes claiming against Santam unpleasant, claims dates back to May 2024 and she hasn't sent us a single communication
