I logged a ticket with rain on the 2 June 2025 regarding the disconnection of my internet services. I paid on the 23 May 2025 and my payment was not allocated and they don't even have a number that you can call. You must chat with an AI robot. Today is the 4th no response no nothing. What a disappointment. I made follow ups over and over again.
I took out a car insurance policy but later cancelled it. But the cancellation was not implemented and actioned and so month end they debited my account. I called and asked why and they said my policy is still active and so they cancelled and i requested a refund and i was told it would take 7 days. Its now over 7 days, when i call im being told someone will call me. My emails are not being attended to. Till today no refund, no response. All i get is an automated response email. You will be hearing from my lawyers. You giving me a run around with my money.
Would like to send out a message of gratitude to Nhlanhla Mabizela. Keep up the good work, very friendly guy, great customer service. Please make him the manager, i think he is capable of changing how we view customer service in general.
I asked for a settlement letter from Vertex for my Capfin account and i paid the settlement amount on the 25 November 2020, when i called to ask for a paid up letter i was told the account has a balance which is the discount that they gave me and they 1st have to write it off then i would get a paid up letter. I was told this process would take 5 to 7 days, and those days have gone past and im still waiting. The amount is still showing. I am applying for a place to stay and they need the paid up letter from vertex to see that i dd pay it off but they are being crooks about it. If i dnt get that letter i have no place to stay. Your service sucks. I paid up my account, and if u cant bring my account to zero then give me back my money i will go and pay Capfin myself. You really can frustrate a person. What you are doing is not ok at all. If i do not get my paid up letter today, i am going to sue you. That is my hard earned money that i paid. If u wont be able to bring my account to zero then bring it back. Your 5-7days is up and im fed up.
