Bought 3 x 20L, Dynamics Paint Semi-Gloss Medium Sheen paint in December, decided to start painting the inside of my home the past weekend, and the paint is of low interior quality; it actually leaves a brown mark after painting. Ntokozo Mabaso was actually very helpful unfortunately i cannot say the same for the rest of Makro staff.
I purchased an Aquarius Blue chem automatic pool cleaner online. Installed it and its not working. I contacted Makro to have the faulty item replaced. Makro rejected my request and I was advised to contact the number on the box of the item of which I duly obliged, held on for 11 minutes to be told they cannot locate the order number. I need to make contact with Makro again. after spending another 15 minutes on the line I was then told I need to take the faulty item to the store to be inspected. The service is not very cool, I'm being inconvenient, and yet I need to take time off from work to return a faulty item I bought from Makro. Where is the service, if I can even call it service?
My worst experience ever with VW the Glen, had to call back 5 times and still no assistance. It am so happy that I'm using VW Braamfontein as they know how to treat customers and know the true meaning of customer service. M
Frist time taking my vehicle for a service at VW Braamfontein. Worse service ever, 1. My service consultant was late 2. Did not get a call in the morning as promised. 3. I called them and guess what the technician informs me that he was about to call me. Haibo am I that stupid 4. on the same call the service technician informs me that that the system is off line and they don't know when it will be up and running - guys 11h00 am and nobody bothered to call me from 07h00 am when I dropped my vehicle off. I previously had my other vehicle serviced at VW Booysens and the service is 10 times better than Braamfontein. 4
Clearly no remorse or any empathy towards client show are in need. Instead their staff drop calls on clients. They come up with excuses as to why system generated mails are sent to. People are grieving and in need of their assistance instead we are being treated as beggars. Every time a person calls in there's excuses. They could not even advise me who accessed my policy last. 20 minutes on one call to sort out a funeral claim but the staff just don't care.

Very bad service and no feedback. Still awaiting feedback to confirm if my Kauai vouchers has been activated since the 7 July 2022
I am lost for words when it comes to service, holding on the line forever only for feedback on my claim i submitted with standard bank. I only need feedback on my claim why is Jacksina not getting back to me. my claim number is 22/153235
