What ******* is this I go to my home branch of FNB at Southdale. Im in the que at 10:31am and I only get out of the branch at around 1:30pm I wasted more than an hour on the phone to FNB call centre digital banking and ***** call centre. What service is that ? Now when I want to reset my banking app FNB can't send me a simple to pin . ETF does FNB think I have time water on their incompetence?
As a long-time user of electricity I find and this is my personal opinion. That eskom and city power or in my mind like headless chickens. They are fast running out of excuses on how to bull **** the public. The breakdown/s at their power plants is of their own doing. What they suffer from in as far as maintenance goes is a delayed reaction to planned maintenance.. They only wake up when it is too late. And the proof in the pudding of what I'm saying is the load-shedding we are currently having to endure as a result of eskom's gross negligence and incompetence.

My experience starts with Friday 9th of September 2022 It is now Monday 12th of August 2022 and I'm still waiting to see you the end of my loan application it started on Friday. I've wasted a lot of time over the last 4 days not withstanding the weekend Saturday and Sunday phoning direct axis to follow up on a loan application. At any given time I can spend up to three or four times trying to get through to follow up on my loan application. When I make a call it will go through the voice prompts and just as I'm about to get to The Call Centre operator the call gets dropped. I have to phone several times more to get, through. What kind of a customer service is that expecting customers to jump through a hoop as many times as is needed to please you lot at direct axis. It is us the customer that brings you lot at direct axis business. With such a reputation that you have developed because of poor customer service. Take a look at the reviews on the website hello peter and see the negative reviews you lot at Direct axis have racked up for yourself. In a nutshell customer service at Direct axis ranks amongst the lowest of the low that I have ever experienced. I know that it is financial protocol to question the affordability of any customer applying for a loan But is it your Law at Direct axis that says you must treat customers in the manner that you do and that is to waste their time and effort in making a loan.
I have through a series of calls and two ref numbers are still sitting without power as we speak. My question is what suck game is CITY POWER playing with its customers. It takes them 7 days and still no electricity. My issue started on Monday past of this week. I have spoken to the ward councillor regarding his matter and nothing is yet has been resolved done. City power and the city I hear is broke. Their brokeness is their problem my account is upto date.
Good morning to those rocket scientists at FNB why does your stupid banking app when it comes to the part of confirming account details when loading a recipient say that I must add recipient from the public list and when I go back to edit it throws me out.
What baffles me is why they call it ESKOM SE PUSH instead of what it almost sounds like. The eskom app is as bad as eskom itself it says there's load shedding when there isn't and then it says there isn't load shedding when there is. It's just as well at eskom is being unbundled into three separate business entities and hopefully from that they'll catch a wake up and see how they've been ripping the public off. They are in my opinion as bad as what SAA is and that is a waste of taxpayers money.
They are as true to the meaning of the word fake as what the word is to itself. They in a whole new league of what it means to be. fake. Their fakness stands out like a sore thumb.
This company is a bogus company in the sense that they are not registered with the NCR by way of none of their website pages have NCR logo or NCR registration number. At the bottom of each page on their website which is bogus it gives the name of a person as being Devasen Naiken being a senior loan originator. Tht name is a also bogus. I unfortunately fell victim victim to giving my personal information to this bogus individual and his bogus company. How do I know that the company is bogus as well if you go onto a website call brands bucket you will see that Logo there called Torevo. You can actually by the brand name 4 x amount from this place and use it for whatever purposes. The email address is clientcare@torevo.co.za I have all the proof that this so called financial service is bogus. They are in a nutshell as fake as they come. Be wary of them leave them alone.
Is it legal to take an admin fee even though you've done nothing to satisfy the customer's loan application? I ask this because I have been waiting for the a response from Qwiekfin sincd the 23rd of April 2022 for a response and all I get is story/ excuse on to each other and nothing has become of the application. It are bunch of liars / cheats and everything that is not good.
