Samsung absolute pathetic products and service
Samsung, sub grade phones with ultra ****ty after sales service. They had my querie for 3 weeks, and wiped their backsides on me. No feedback and refused to call me back. Whatever you do, dont buy samsung fold it will be the biggest mistake of your life. Between samsung and ****bag sss cellular you will get nowhere FAST

Absolute bunch of ****bag thieving ****s. Took my samsung fold to them. Firstly it was the hinge. When i said i would launch my own investigation into it, now it was liquid damage. They caused the liquid damage to get it repaired out of warranty. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS ****BAGS

Stay away from samsung
Bought a samsung z fold 4, 3 months ago. Has small key scratches on the hinge, and the hinge does not work. Went to SSS Cellular for warranty fix, there the **** started. Run around and trying their best with Samsung to get out of warranty fix. Eventually got report and now taken it to my insurance, to see what they say is wrong. If and i suspect it is, that their repairer sss, claims warranty and makes client pay. ****TY PRODUCT AND WORST SERVICE

Scam artists
Do not under any circumstances use them. They are scamsters. They are quick to get you to register, but then the hidden costs come out. They clearly cannot do what they say, they are scamsters. I am referring my case to Carte Blanche, as they need to be exposed
