The worst insurance experience I experienced in 24 years. Budget Insurance Business contacted me although I was with Budget Insurance Private. Business department keeps on requesting doc's I already sent over I over. Never use Budget Insurance Business for your vehicles etc. You talk to so many people that don't have a clue what was discussed previous, seems like they don't record it on their system but just wants to sell. Pathetic service!!!
They quick to sell products and do extentions of contract BUT when it comes to delivering the Rooter or Devices you have to wait for weeks although I paid the admin fees etc. already. Pathetic after service !!! RAM never follows up for delivery

I am very disappointed in Budget Insurance. They just increase my premium without my consent. No transparency !!! They use Covid as the main reason in finding it difficult to obtain LAND ROVER PARTS 😂 ... I do not agree as Land Rover is a well known vehicle brand Internationally. This is totally unacceptable and I will not except there increase. They pushing sales instead of Quality Service & not sharing info before implementing stuff !!!
Hi there I find it totally ridiculous that my premium should should go UP because of "parts that might be not available " 😀 . ⚠️ It should in fact refuce due to appreciation 😂!!! 🖍Land Rover is a well know vehicle brand and all parts are available, even in Delmas !!! ⚠️ I DO NOT EXCEPT this quote nor the Debit order that will be going through !!! It seems like you guys are also now taking advantage of this "ongoing covid excuse to escalate costs unnecessary " ... I will post this broadcast / communication in all media resources. I am a Nedbank Business Account client, Recently I noticed that my Nedbank business account has been deducted, with the same amount every month, since the beginning of 2016 - the reason on my account shows NRB Acting Subscription Fee ??? !!! * Who and What ??? On the 22nd of July 2020 I checked again on my account and saw the deduction AGAIN ... my questions are ... how, why, and who ??? No one can even explain what the service for! ??? - I was told the money is for Internet Banking Service ??? Such a very expensive service !!! I would like to cancel this subscription immediately, the answer is No! I have to unsubscribe it by myself on line banking, they have no right to unsubscribe it for me and I do not know where or how ???!!! Totally waste of my time, I‘ve also been informed even I close my banking account with them, the Subscription Fee will be deducted forever !!!!!!! WHAT A RIP-OFF FROM NEDBANK !!!!
