Supersonic MTN fibre
I installed a supersonic fibre to the home setup more than two years ago. I have logged tickets about the same issue repeatedly. For some reason, supersonic is the only affordable fibre provider to my home. I have twenty four closed tickets. I have five open tickets. The service is non-existent. The feedback is useless. I give up with MTN Supersonic.

Takealot service
I bought and paid for an Apple iPad 10.2" Wi-Fi 32GB on 31 October 2021. The article was delivered on 6 November 2021. I attempted to 'synch' the new iPad with my previous iPad purchased in 2010. All my efforts failed. The iPad was returned to Takealot, (picked up on 22 November 2021). A replacement/refund was requested. Takealot have my money and my iPad. No direct contact details have been found by myself. Where to from here? I would give Takealot a minus five star rating, but this is not available on hellopeter. ANY help is welcome.

Metal Cross Car Clinic
Took my beloved vehicle to them to have a deep scratch removed. We were graciously received. Quote was received after a thorough inspection & detailed feed back. Vehicle was booked in for the following day. We received updates. We got a call as soon as the job was complete. After inspecting we paid. Good job Metal Cross.

SHODDY SERVICE AT VIRGIN ACTIVE
Have been trying to CANCEL my membership since February 2021. Today is 13 March 2021. Cannot login to VA website using username & password. Have an off-peak membership card. Tried to visit Lonehill branch where my membership is apparently active? Waited out of the way of turnstile, allowing 'members' to enter. Never got the chance to present card. Asked to see a 'manager'. Answer "they are ALL in a meeting? Told person behind desk that I wanted to CANCEL. Person said give me your phone number.............. Said goodbye. Exited.......would like to exit PERMANENTLY!

Filthy Checkers Store
Went to checkers leaping frog yesterday. Was told that they had a mains protection plug, did not find it. Checkers was chaotic, and filthy. 60/60 pickers were pushing everyone in the store, terrible. Was hungry, bought a 'club sandwich', managed to check out. Went home. Ate sandwich. A few hours later I was clutching my stomach, severe cramps. 2 days later, starting to feel a bit better. Checkers is now LAST resort

Pick n Pay online
We often use PnP for home deliveries. To date they have been EXCELLENT. We sometimes order from a place called 'W'. PnP beats them hands down!
