I am tired of Zara taking up to a month to deliver online purchases. They calculate and estimate date of delivery, which is usually up to 2 weeks and then just keep extending it. I had to cancel a order, because not Aaramex or Zara could tell me where my order is. I have a life to live and can't be at the delivery address the whole time. Maybe it is time for Zara to leave South Africa, I would much rather support local businesses and I know I quality of clothes are 100% better.
Have sent multiple e-mails and phoned multiple times. Each time the employees said they would return to me with updates regarding my order as no one knows why it has been stuck at the Joburg warehouse for over a week now. I would rather suggest supporting local hand made furniture designers seeing as these larger brands are importing more and more poor quality products instead of manufacturing it themselves. Just think of all the job opportunities they can create by rather manufacturing products in SA.
The communication is non existent and you can't get ahold of anyone via phone or e-mail. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing from this company. I still don't know is I will receive my order in time for Christmas or only in the new year. If they could at least be honest so I can manage my expectations and time.
I purchased tickets for Kamers Makers event through Quicket in May 2024. Two guests cancelled and upon arrival at the event I asked the assistance at the desk if Quicket would refund my ticket and if I should rather attempt at reselling it. They stated the Quicket would refund me. I attempted at reselling the tickets online, via the Quicket site, which weren’t successful. Thereafter I reached out to Quikcet, they didn’t want to refund it at first. After a back-and-forth dispute via e-mail and social media, they agreed to refund me the tickets for the next event in Johannesburg. Guess what, now they are ignoring me. I will never make use of Quicket again, I would rather queue for 4 hours than support another money-hungry corporation with non-existent customer support. Wake up corporations, the younger generation isn’t falling for this treatment anymore and you will be cancelled in a wink.
It confuses me why the online iStore still uses Courier It services. It has happened three times now that my order was sent to the incorrect provinces. I always check my address and it has been correct each time. I won't be shopping online on the iStore ever again.
According to the tracking system my parcel has been on the delivery vehicle for 3 days now. This is the second time this has happened. After contacting the branch multiple times, no success. I also work from home, so no excuse that I weren’t home to receive the parcel. Taking an aspirin now and hoping I receive my parcel soon.
Today is finally the day I decided to part ways with the pathetic Zara app. Out of 21 online orders I probably only received half of them on time. You can also easily expect to wait three weeks or even longer for your parcel to arrive. When I purchase something on Superbalist I usually receive it within three working days. It just doesn't make logical sense to keep on supporting Zara anymore. The quality of clothes I get, with the best customer service and quick delivery, are mostly from local brands and designers. I am assuming the problem might be management issues or being understaffed, I'm not sure, but I am also going to stop wasting my time wondering what organizational issues they are struggling with. Good buy and good riddance, Zara.
I haven't received a product so I cant' comment on the quality. But minimal to none communication exists between the brand and its consumers. After asking numerous times for updated on my purchase they just decided for me that they would rather return my money. Of course, we are back at step one continuing with the waiting game and no updates or replies on when I will receive my money. Except for Elizabeth A, posting positive hello peter reviews multiple times, only bad reviews exist for this brand.
