The consultant really loves her job & it's evident in her voice she is passionate not just about providing the advise but knowing the product she is talking about, I did not get her name but you can look up who signed me up, I felt very comfortable & confident with my decision of taking up insurance with outsurance as I think whilst thy not beating my current insurance installment they giving me value for my money & peace of mind knowing I am in good hands & both my vehicles taken care of, thank you outsurance
I would like to thank *****gwa a financial advisor that assisted me with my medical aid applications x2, he was efficient,helpful & very patient with following up everyday since 19 september aftet submitting the application on his side, the medical aid giving him the run round due to system changes but his trying his absolute best to get the application sorted on their side.
Good Afternon I have made x2 seperate applications via one of there service providers this was 19 september & up until today 03 october no reply from the scheme, I have requested to switch medical aids but after my experience I regret the decision, I have followed up every day since amd the service provider has several reference numbers after being given the run round to his hands is tied, the feeback he received was that they apologise as they have switched over to a different system, how is this the members fault,I umserstand delays aa some thimgs are beyond control but its been 3 weeks since and find this service unacceptable, I waa promised by the medical aidd administrative department that by end of business 02 october my applications will be catured amd feedback will be given. What a dissapointment this experience has been.
I had a really bad experience with optivest consultant, been strugging to sign up my parents with medical aid since August, eventually they signed up in september however the suggestion by the consultant is rather have them on 2 seperate medical aids, I agree as she says its beneficial for thm. I received various quotes, all different amounts, query the installment as this is not what was discussed only to be told it will be queried, the consultant after finally getting ahold of her after emails sent & calls made no reply, spealing to colleagues of hers often to ressolve issue, to date no ressolve. She proceeeds in cancelling both parents medical aid which only the 1 was queried why??? I reply to the email sent & receive no reply, meanwhile weve been paying my dads installment as his is ok, medical aid confirms receipt of payment, she makes contact October & eventually says she will process new application why? I agree to resolve matter for my mom however installment still differs from what was quoted, I query again & no reply since sent numenrous emails no reply keep calling no answr, what do I do, when all I wanted was to have my parents covered in case of an emergency for quick assistance. How does the consultant get to carry out instructions without permission from the client? To top it off no communication & inconvenience as they were both on 3 month waiting period, now there cover delayed even more. I am really dissapointed & shouldve gone to the medicao.aid straight & not via this company. Imagine telling my parents the cover I told them about was cancelled by an *********** consultant that does not listen to understand her clients needs. I regret having made business with optivest.
On 24 June we decided to celebrate my husband birthday at Ocean baskret kenilworth centre with our siblings, the food was very dissapointing baby hakes x6 on a full deck platter & a s****ful of rice & chips for the amount of money spent along with other menu options purchased was not worth the money at all, the fish was soaked in oil & when bringing my concern to the waitress she referred to her manager, both was very unhelpful & said thy weigh thr foood now even the rice, Imagine it says on ad platter for 4, despite the greasy foof, for a special supper we couldve gone elswhere & been full instead we had to buy food elswhere, we visited the store often & found their service & food unappetising ,& soaked in oil, the manager says thy changed the oil the morning as if I dont know how to fry fish lol, the service standards is appalling & a disgrace to the brand
I had purchased a pocket spring mattress at beds 4 u westgate mall mitchells plain Nov2017, we were told upon purchasing that its the most expensive mattress as it aligned to your body so when u move it does not affect the next person sleeping, but after a year we could feel the difference in the springs & pockets started sagging, I have delayed in informing them as I am very busy at work and after checking the receipt I saw that there is a 2 year warranty & 20 year guarantee on the mattress, I called them in November 2019 & the person I had spoken to informed me that their factory was closing for December break and that I will be contacted January I was asked to send through my receipt & in January it will be collected for re pocketing, which I had questioned as to why do they not replace the mattress and was told they do not replace but repocket, which does not make any consumer sense, if u not happy with the bed you purchased after how long is the re pocketing going to give a problem again. No one contacted me, At the end of Jan 2020 I have contacted the person & was told that they are very busy & short staffed & that the suppliers has moved premises & is giving them problems but he will speak to the store owner & discuss with him, we are now in February and only communication I received was that they trying to get the suppliers to come on board as they seem to be giving them a problem, I do not understand how this affects me as I paid what I was asked, I am very upset and have not had a peaceful night in a long time, I have informed the man that I have had surgery and need a comfortable bed the cost of this mattress was R5300 which I am not taking very lightly, if I had purchased at any other store I would have received quality not having to contact them using my airtime all the time to get a solution to a product that I have paid for, what do I do regarding this big dilemma I find myself in... I am not wiling to purchase another bed as I have spent a lot of money at this store to receive this type of treatment is just ridiculous. I have already informed the man that they should refund if this is the case but still no reply...
