We are very disappointed. Maybe if you are a company/big job more effort and care will be given to you, but for a small job don't bother. The final product looks like a person on the street did it. If it was cheap then only I am to blame, but it wasn't, we chose "professionals" to do the job. Also when we sent them a message to maybe come and fix the erroneous spots, no response was received. And they think you are an idiot. They broke our lamp, I know accidents happen, but instead of telling us they are sorry they broke it. They just put it back together and let it lean against the wall. Really???
The recent Carte Blanche investigation of our deadly truck drivers also pertains to you (Pick 'n Pay). I was travelling down Voortrekker road coming into Alberton, when one of your delivery trucks (Mulbarton branch) came speeding down and then flashed at me. At this time he went into the right hand lane, which is intended for turning RIGHT ONLY. He crossed the intersection from that lane, proceeding straight. I believe I speak for all South Africans when I say I'm sick of these trucks intimidating all other vehicles and driving recklessly, and can only imagine if, God forbid, something bad happens and then, as usual, everyone sits back and turns a blind eye blaming the brakes and so forth. The #plate is JB 27 DN GP, time was 14:18, 25 October.
We have been struggling for more than two weeks to get connected with Vodacom fibre. Every time we phone we get a different story and empty promises. They promised us multiple times that we will definitely be connected by a certain date. Then nothing. I am so disappointed in Vodacom really.
The whatsapp chat support is a complete fail. It takes 4 or more hours to talk to someone. Then when you speak to someone it is a different person and they don't know what was discussed previously so no one has a clue. It is not working at all. Then why do they give you the move homes option?????? This option is also not working they took R 250 off of our account for installation, but we already have a rooter?? And it is installed. Now they send us emails and smse to say we have cancelled and should return the router???? We moved homes we did not cancel. So frustrating really. Get another communication method and remove the move home option.
I am very disappointed in the HP printer. When you print more than one page you have to stand by the printer feeding it paper one by one in order to print it. Something is wrong with the paper feeder.
If the price on the shelf differs from the till, you get that product free and an additional product(same) at the lower price. Seeing as your staff at the Second Ave Woolworths don't know how to implement the policy, namely Xola, who believes that my reasoning is wrong, maybe you should better educate your staff or s**** the policy entirely. Useless policy
This Institute does not assist you at all in anything. I wrote the CLA - C programming exam THREE times already!!! In the first place this is not a cheap exam. So I pay lots of money just to get a mark of 69% twice now. 1% less for passing this exam. When I contact them no one is able to assist me in a breakdown of my exam or even to find a 1%. They refer me to a different department all the time and then they also can't help me! This is so frustrating and I am beginning to think that they do this on purpose to get more money out of students, because I have to pay a lot of money every time and also I got 69% more than once on my test. I don't recommend this Institution at all.
