Mu daughter requested an uber on the 1st of January 2023 at 12:34 the uber driver would indicate that he is in the area, however he then canceled the trip . She would request another and same thing happened. She ended up paying R197.00 for an uber that never arrived at her requested destination. The company has still not refunded the child and she is a student
Sassa Roodepoort office turned me away very abruptly I arrived at 8:00am because I had no other transport. They told me if I don't come before 7:30am I will not be helped. The reception lady was extremely rude to me. Apparently their offices only work on certain days and you have to be there early otherwise you will not be considered. Their staff first has long conversations with their colleagues before they will assist you
My niece's baby was admitted there after many hours. Of waiting. It took many days for them to decide what the baby is suffering from. The service is very bad. The hospitals filthy and the staff are extremely rude unhelpful and there is no compassion at all for mother's.

I joined Discovery Medical Aid in August 2020. I was assured by the consultants that my chronic medicine will be transferred to Discovery from my previous medical aid. I discovered in January 2021 from the pharmacy that it was deducted from my acute medicines. A consultant informed me that it has been approved after several phones calls to Discovery in February 2021 . And it is only effective as of the 18th of February 2021???????? My daughter's chronic medicine, I am still waiting to hear from Discovery.
They drive in an unmarked and make up prices for installation as they go along. They use my data to activate and configure the decoder and use their own postal codes instead of my area code. They demand their money be made available via eft. Immediately. Bad , service and I am utterly disgusted with their conduct. I will never again ask them to assist me.
