I requested a change to my banking details for my Retirement Annuity payout on my 2 policies on 11 March both telephonically and by email. I received an email confirming the change on 12 March. 1 of the policies was changed and I received my payout. I phoned again in early April to confirm the 2nd policy payout and was advised that 1 policy had been changed and was assured that Liberty Life's error had been corrected. I phoned again on 14 April and was advised that this had not been done and would be corrected immediately. I received an email confirming it had been done, and yet the funds were paid into the incorrect account. I am now left with no money for food, Electricity and other urgent expenses. I spoke to Elaine Fe Villiers on 17th April and was advised that it would be escalated to her manager Josh Pillay. I advised that If I had not received the funds by 17:00 I would log a complain. This was not resolved and I did not receive any communication in this regard. I now expect this to be remedied URGENTLY even if Liberty have to be OUT OF POCKET for their incompetence. I will continue to complain until this matter is resolved.
The Branch Manager at FNB Sandton Mr Jerry Gert 071 9744314 and Senior Manager Robert - Someone 067 0347012 are demanding Bribe Money to exchange Foreign Currency for my Sister Liz Chapman. They started wanting R500 and then another R1000, and another R1000 etc. It has now running up to R4500. Please get this matter resolved as it is happening at multiple FNB branches.

I purchased a product Online on 26 September for R3286,57 and had to pay R57 delivery fee. Major competitor delivery is free. The order was finally delivered on 12 October - 16 Days Major competitor delivers much faster. My order was logged returned due to being incorrect product on 14 October Finally collected on 24 October Major competitor usually collect next day I was promised a refund on 24 October - Still nothing received after 16 days. I complained and received a response saying I would be refunded R3003 but still not received despite being told I would log this complaint. Clearly too big to care. - They have been sitting on my money for 43 days and then still have the audacity to deduct R280 from what I paid. An apology and Gift Voucher for that amount would be in order I think.
I had a complaint yesterday about the Claims handling process - I am pleased to report that I have been contacted by Kieran from Naked Insurance and all seems to be under control now, I am suggesting some improvements to the process to make it easier for customers to process claims.
I am trying to get a claim sorted out with Naked Insurance but finding it extremely frustrating. It would be great to be able to deal with 1 person - by phone not a host of emails. They do have my number to phone me - I cannot recommend their Insurance cover if this is how they deal with claims.
Always get Terrible Service at Clivks Oakfields. Insufficient staff and very slow. If this was a restaurant they would have closed down long ago.
