Poor service, bought a laptop battery on the 14th April 2023, received the battery on the 18th of April 2023, on the 19th April 2023 reported to the First Tech that the battery is faulty(not charging). They promised to collect the faulty battery within a week but only collected it on the 8th of May 2023. I have been emailing them continuously about feedback but no progress, as I am writing this on the 24th May I am without the parcel or way forward. Happy Maphanga was assisting with matter.
I have never been so frustrated with Audi west rand its like they don't take their service serious. On the 29th of September 2022 I took my car for new brake pads and aircon regas, I have been experiencing problems since then. I took my car back from then on the 2nd of December to fix the problem only for my aircorn to work for 3 days and my brake pads are still squeaky and they reported that they put paint mark to check what could be the aircon problem. On the 03 of January 2023 I took my car to audi Newcastle only to hear there was no paint and they have to do it and it was unfortunate that I had to come back to Gauteng so I can not wait for their promised time.... I regret taking my car to audi west rand.

Office London service used to be fast, I don't know what is happening now. I made an online purchase on the 28th of October 2021 till this date I haven't received my order. I am not happy with the service this time😩😩
Please teach your staff good customer services. I received a bad service in Newcastle caltex Ayliff garage. The petrol attendant was Mthunzi who even pose threats to beat us. The service was very pathetic???
Mr Price online shopping is bad, I made purchase on the 29th of April 2021 and till today my order has not been received. What is frustrating most is that there is no feedback.
Outsurance could not beat my current car insurance and I was promised 1500. They sent me the link to follow and I did but even today I am still waiting for their call since they promised.
Please teach your staff to respect customers especially on your cosmetic section. I recieved a rude service from the lady by Newcastle Mall. I wanted to buy a make up, i asked her to help me to choose the perfect colour for my skin and she rudely asked if "do i have money" "Will i afford it?"

I recieved an email from Capitec saying that they have extended my Loan term cover, they will increase the months/add two months. My concern is who is supposed to pay for that cause that was not what i was told during my Loan application. Capitec just do things without their customer's consent.
