I have reached out to Damelin matric online, to possibly enroll my granddaughter. What a total disaster, i received a call but the lady was in short rude, and for a fact not helpful, she dropped the call after i was informed my grand daughter have to be 21 to enroll. What the heck shame on her being so rude that is uncalled for. I studied through Damelin years back and they were helpful then. I would not advise anyone after today's call to study through them. Can you imagine how it would be if you needed help with your course if a simple question resulted in rudeness? I will never ever deal with Damelin ever instead of training paying customers, they should concentrate on teaching their staff instead maybe in customer care support. Damelin you are a dissapointment truly dissatisfied with your level of service and treatment of Customers. Leoni Engelbrecht
Good morning, I have had the best experience with Maseko at Discovery bank but also in general, the Customer Care agents are professional yet friendly and always willing to assist and walk the extra mile. The bank app is such a pleasure and easy to maintain and manage. Guys you rock thank you so much Maseko for the manner in which I was assisted and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Even " is there anything else i can assist " was so amazing. You can clearly see that Discovery Bank is educating their staff to be the best. I reversed into a open manhole at a shopping mall in Jan, 2024. I registerd a claim at intersure which BRYTE are the underwriters. We explained exactly how the incident occured and that i tried to get out of the manhole by moving forward sideways and backwards agaun several time. At the end about 7 men had to help to get the car out by lifting it and move it out of the manhole. As i was close to home i drove the car back home and parked it as i noticed a severe shuddering, noise and driving ti the one side. The exterior damaged was approved by Bryte, the panelbeater then had a report issued for the damages to the suspension of the clain. Without hesitation Bryte declined that damage. After several emails submitted over and over pushing that the car being investigated on the suspension due to the shuddering and noise and pulling. Bryte and this is not the first complaint repairscthe exterior but the most important damages are left and the clients are left with damages and a unsafe car, they will have a family with three children driving a unsafe car. how can they do things like that, why is the part which can cause a severe accident left and only the exterior are repaired. A, letter was sent informing Bryte i do not accept their declinement. On Friday another assessor from Bryte was sent out and photos were taken. Again no reply from them 🙄 A, assessor was originally sent to investigate the car. The car are with a proper autobody shop. Their first assessor did issue a report due to their declining of the suspension repairs they sent out another assessor. Dont they trust their assessors or their autobody repairs shop?????? My incident seems to repeat itself on many clients of Bryte is a, panel sitting declining when they see the amounts of repairing are too high. Then my suggestion write the vehicle off how hard can that be? I am utterly shocked, dissapointed this is absolutely absurd and not at all acceptable my next step will be the ombudsman this will not be left. I will stand up for my rights. They are quick to take the premiums but when they have to repair they try to get out of it. Be careful who your underwriters are. They are the decision making people seemingly declining legitimate truthful claims leaving clients with a unsafe vehicle. Putting families and co road users at risk. In my opinion they dont even deserve a one star. I am very dissapointed and sorry that i ever entered into a contract with BRYTE. Again be very careful when taking out insurance and make sure who the underwriters are?

On the 20th September 2020, I contacted Revlon with a complaint about a faulty hair colour , and within 3 days i received a feedback from them and within a week a replacement product was sent. The service i received was excellent and an added bonus was their willingness and friendliness. Revlon many thanks to you and your staff such a pleasure dealing with you. You have me as a loyal customer.
