Their are no words to express how useless Clicks has become. They never have stock of my husband's blood pressure pill and then when requesting the script so we can go to Dischem it takes 3 days, 15 phones calls and constant follow up and still NO SCRIPT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM CLICKS BRACKENHURST
Wouldn't advise using them, haven't had any internet going on 15 days now, everytime you ask what's wrong or when it will be back in, they always trying to find the fault and can provide no ETA, stay away from them, they are beyond useless
They repaired our leaking power steering, service started off great, following week steering started leaking again, they said there was power steering fluid left on the one pan, 3 months later power steering started leaking again, the agreed to pick the vehicle up to take it to their workshop, after picking the vehicle up they said they going straight back to the workshop, which was not true, the next morning they were on the way to the workshop in my car, got into an accident and killed a dog, took almost a full day to get any type of feedback from them after they informed us about the accident, only time we got any feedback was when we phoned them, finally received pictures of the car and there report of what they thought was wrong with the car, we asked for a time frame which they were very vague about and requested a courtesy car as I am on the road during the day and cannot afford not to have a car, sat without a car for two days and then demanded my car get top priority, they returned my car to me in their version of drivable, without a bumper and was promised the bumper would be repaired and refitted within 4 days, next morning when I left for work I immediately knew the car was not right, brakes were squishy, brakes only taking right at the bottom when pressing brakes, steering vibrations are on another level, reported it to them immediately, we came to an agreement we would take the Car back to them Friday the 16th for all the needed repairs and to fit the bumper, they were aware the ENTIRE time we need the car back before Christmas and everything was agreed to, now when it's time for things to be done they are now saying they can't guarantee when my car can be fixed and they will only reclaim through their insurance in the new year and that I should continue driving without a bumper (which was not even sent away for any repairs) and that they will only look at my car next year, never mind that due to the bumper being off toff radiator that they damaged and subsequently had to replace due to the accident is exposed and there is a water bottle exposed etc. Honestly very disappointed considering this was their fault.
This companies service is an absolute disgrace, I have had a total of 12 hours wifi coverage in my home in a span of 3 weeks. Every time you follow up they blame it on Vumatal. They say they are struggling to get hold of the faults department, how is this my problem???? But they have sent their invoice for payment???? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE, DISGRACEFUL
I have had wifi for a total of 12 hours at my new premises in a span of going on 3 weeks, to say your service is pathetic is an incredible understatement. Yet I have received my invoice for payment!!!! FIX MY WIFI
ORDERED A PIZZA AND RECIEVED IT SQUASHED BEYOND BELIEF, NO TOPPINGS ON THE PIZZA LEFT COMPLETE WAS A WASTE OF MONEY AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DELIEVERY SERVICE AGAIN

Absolutely Pathetic behavior. Been trying to phone them to try and find out why Debt Review status is still showing on my report. Debt Clearance Certificate has been issued and sent through to them by myself and the debt company but still showing on the report as being under debt review. Been phoning continually without any success. I even disputed this information through their mycreditexpert site as advised to do so, site confirmed the dispute was lodged and all the documents uploaded, and that's where it stays. mails and phones just go unanswered. I am trying to get a home loan approved and this is seriously now causing more a lot of issues
We went under debt review in 2019, we did not have much debt but all the various payments started adding up and this was our last resort, we managed to pick ourselves up quite quickly and paid all our debt much quicker than anticipated, we got all the necessary paid up letter and sent it to Debtline, they sent us a clearance certificate and confirmation that all the credit beauras, loan companies etc had also been updated that our debt review status had been lifted, fast forward to present 2021, and we are still flagged as under debt reconstruction, this company is completely useless as now its only me being flagged under debt review due to being married in community of property but my husbands status seems fine, constantly phoning and emailing and cannot get any assistance which is unacceptable, I WAS NOT EVEN UNDER DEBT REVIEW MY HUSBAND WAS AND NO I AM BEING PUNISHED FOR THIS
