Double deductions
Showmax has been double debiting my account for three months now i tried emailing them about the issue but they keep on saying they haven't been deducting i have statements to prove that. I even tried to cancel the subscription but am failing. I paid them 2 days ago this month and moved my money but they still trying to debit which is causing unnecessary bank charges i want to cancel this thing i have heard enough of it

Please fix your Cctv footage at Cosmo city family store its been five days waiting oo see who withdrew my money in your stores but am always told that the cctv footage has jammed, you guys are allowing criminals to commit fraud there

Fedelity security at fourways mall are working with Scammers I was nearly scammed by this particular guy I reported this case to the security the guy was there I proved beyond reasonable dought that the guy was trying to scam me but the security said I was the one who was wrong

Bad experience
I was buying at roots grill today they served everyone and left me out mind you I came first then when it was time to serve me they told me that the don't have enough food this is not the first time am getting this bad service from Cosmo city grill

Service at Cosmo mall is so poor we waited for food for about 30 min wherelse the restaurant was empty the same person who was helping to pay was also helping at kitchen without changing the gloves

Rotten food
Good day I bought whole chicken BBQ at pnp secunda mall the chicken was rotten at first I thought I was the one smelling things but I ended up having a runny tummy the meat was smelling weird and didn't even have a taste
