I have been sending emails, calling and live chatting to this company requesting for a refund to no assistance. No one is willing to help all they want is more money to be deposited into this hoax account

24 Business hours later and no response from Mondo still, This is exhausting. Please cancel the aaplication as your agents say they cannot cancel nor access the application as it is with complaints now
Almost a month already waiting for my order to be shipped, I aaplied for a P40 lite mid June and sent all the necessary documantation only to be told two weeks later after numerous calls that the peoduct was out of stock. Called again on Monday and a consultant advised me to cancel and go to MTN???? The customer service in this, he advised the product is now in stock meaning its me they don't want to help right.... ofcourse because guess what I called again yesterday and Surisha also told me to go to MTN???? Now all of a suddden the device is miracullously out of stock a day later after my query was escaleted. Never mind that we use our own airtime to call you guys but the srvice is pathetic!
Xkids a company under xtrainer in highveld mall Mpumalanga, I had such a terrible experience exchanging an item originally bought from Ilanga mall. Staff refused to assist with an exchange because apparently IT was not available for the exhange to be processed, manager was also not onsite to assist now it's past their exchange TAT and they are the only shop that has the size requested. Your guys service sucks really guys
Pathetic service from Thabiso at Dawn Wing couriers, first I receive an sms on the 01/02/2019 at 09:49 to say my package will be delivered on that very same day however I get a very rude phone call from Thabiso at 17:39 telling me I should sms him an alternative address because the Doctor where he is supposed yo deliver is closed??? How sick is that??? working hours are 8-5 and I get a very rude and demanding phone call to say I should use my airtime and sms him an alternative address because he was late??? please do not make your problems my problems Thabiso Moerane!!!!!!
So today marks 1 full week since I complained to Debonairs on Facebook however no response was given to me whatsoever. I ordered a Pizza and used a voucher code on the 07/11/2017 @ 3:00 PM on the dot with an instruction of change for R100.00 however it was delivered an hour later after I have made endless calls and my change was short of R4.10. I never volunteered to tip the driver because my pizza was late anyway and the taste was horrible, the sauce tasted stale and it was cold. Oh and this was at Rand-burg city, I received a case number 332167 with no feedback afterwards. This is terrible service Debonairs!
So I keep getting these subscriptions on my number that I do not know where it comes from, anyway I don't complain I just removed it using *141*5# and guess what less than 5 minutes after removing those I get smses that I have been subscribed again, what the hell?????? Called the call center and asked them to block it for me on the 31/08/2017 and she says she has removed and blocked everything. Just after putting the phone down, another sms comes in I have been subscribed, I mean what the F**** is this MTN??? called again and then the second consultant says she has removed it but they cannot block it, wow after the previous consultant confirmed that she has blocked it. Anyway Afrihost loaded ,me with R39 airtime on the 01/09/2017 which the subscription deducted money from again I don't know how, but I decided to switch my phone off on the 02/09/2017 until today and last I checked I had an airtime balance of R21. Guess what today I turned my phone on and I only had R0.26, what the hell is going on MTN????? My point is I spoke to Nonhlanhla Mnqunywa today and she was very rude @14:20, that is not what i call customer service
