I have a been with miway for over 10 years now on personal cover. 2 years ago I moved my business insurance to them. Last month I had a minor business claim which was authorized but with additional excess due to kilometers that couldn't be validated on my side from third party log book. I am told the car travels about average of 20k kms per month while my actual review revealed 3k kms was traveled while estimation was around 8k kms per month. Stay away from this trick if you looking for business insurance.

I have submitted the funeral claim 3 March 2020 and when I call for update they say the claim is not on system. Even today I have no idea of what happened to my claim. Funerel claim was made at the branch with turnaround time of 48 hours. The case was sent for second opioning without being advised of the reasons for the referral no one bothers to keep us updated.
