On the 18th, a debit order from my service provider was successfully processed and paid from my account with ABSA Bank. However, on the 20th, another debit order was attempted for the same payment. This second debit order bounced, and ABSA charged me an unpaid debit order fee of R150. I contacted the service provider to ask why they attempted a second debit order when the payment had already been successfully processed on the 18th. They advised that they did not submit a second debit order instruction and suggested that the issue might be with the bank. When I raised the matter with ABSA, they stated that they do not initiate debit orders, implying that the instruction must have come from the service provider. At the moment, both parties are denying responsibility, yet I have been charged R150 for a failed debit order that should never have been processed, since the account had already been paid on the 18th. I request the following: 1. A clear investigation into who initiated the debit order on the 20th. 2. A reversal of the R150 unpaid debit order fee charged to my account. 3. Accountability from the responsible party to prevent this from happening again.
Years later they still can’t give me a discount to settle my fees. I couldn’t complete my studies because I owe the institution, I couldn’t re register as they wanted me to settle the fees same time. I have been asking for discounts and they refusing
ABSA does not pride themselves with the staff that they employ who are useless. I made a complaint regarding absa rewards where is spent R5500 to get a woolies vouchers and I did not receive it. The rewards consultant just sent me a general copy and paste from the reward promotion without answering any of my complaint. This one’s are running a **** program of having a limited voice minutes package calling it unlimited minutes. Only to find that it’s limited to 1500 minutes. This is a clear **** South Africans and because of where you take your money.
Be careful of Techsured, don’t insure with them they Reject your claim and ask you to write a motivation within 90 days. I made a complaint regarding poor service of this company, they acknowledged the complaint and advised to give feedback. They emailed me on Sunday to say case is closed and they hope I’m happy with feedback, that time they know they never sent any feedback or resolve the matter
Poor service This ones are not assisting with prescribed letter for old debt, Nimble is harassing me with phone calls over prescribed debt.
Harassment I’m receiving from this company is beyond unacceptable. I keep telling them I’m not interested in any of their products but they still call me and tell me they can’t remove me from their system that calls me. They stole my contact details from agents as per caller who wants to make commission through me. I do not want your offers. Please refrain from calling me.
