Am disappointed with MTN they are ****s I took the R269.00 month to month WiFi agreed for the 4th debit order but they always debit late and charge me for late payments. I ended up going to pay in store and they debited still I requested a refund that it was later not given back and told me they can't see the instore payment. When I call customer care I get all types of stories why my services are suspended and wrote a couple of emails that never get a response for. Very poor service.
If the was half a star I would give them half a star. This service have rude *********** support agents. I have been calling them for no service every month the story I get is I owe a month paid and was back on track next thing following month same story I didn't border paying it just ignored it next thing they debit twice I never gave them any authority to debit I paid through the app. Now they take from my account without any agreement. Worse for the month I never had service rain is a ****. And they just have we don't care attitude all of them. You only get response from sales. How annoying I would not recommend it to anyone they are really making me 🤢
Rain at it again every month I must face the same struggle with rain claiming I owe a month they are just becoming a pain beyond pain. How do they debit half? My rain is a **** they face challenges with the network and cut services and when I call they shipped with me owing how *********** can one be.
For the past 6 months I must be calling in rain because they cut my Wi fi and always get rude and ****s of consultants. From January when I can am told I missed payment even now the is an invoice that I did not pay. Yet I know we were 3 at the same area with issues of connection. I think they are told to say the is an invoice missing payment. Very poor service this rain and hiring *********** people.
I wrote a review about this MTN bad service and tried still to get help from them blocking the stolen phone but it's like they don't care about my son's loss am so mad I wish no one would ever support this stupid network ever
I have been trying bro call their customer care line but I can't get through and now I sent an email for my son's phone have been stolen want it blocked or traced they can't they only ask me who h number to block.iand they can't trace the phone because of privacy policy how so it's a phone I bought I own it if I want it traced or blocked I have a right to that. And they only reply after days it's been a week now no help they don't care about their customers
It's covid times but this hospital they don't follow protocol of covid checks people who have been in contact with positive cases of covid are allowed in the wards without being tested putting the life of the other people who are negative. Pinehaven is more of a death trap. It should be looked at this place all they care about is money coming in no proper PPE even. Sickening
They don't deserve eve a full star. They can't help with a car written off they want us to get details of the other person. This has taken over ten years now. We paid +- R150k in total but no car or coverage from the insurance
They keep on ripping people off data charge is crazy and they don't care these hard times where people have no income or means of hustle they charge us more 1gig neverasts two days even when data limited and being switched off most part of the day
We being robbed channels are not showing what we pay for now including sports yet the subscription still the same. Day light robbery
