I bought Beko 324Lt Evo Anthracite Combi Fridge - RCNE366E30ZXB from Hirsch's. They intentionally removed negative reviews of this product to deceive buyers. The device makes a lot of noise, and the so-called 10-year manufacturer's warranty promised is a ****. I ordered on clicks.co.za online and for more than two weeks I didn't get any response on my delivery. I had to go to Clicks in Hatfield to get help. I was assured it was a mistake and it will not repeat itself. Again, I ordered online and its been 6 days and no response concerning my order... Please do not order online from CLICKS.CO.ZA
The delivery driver called me on these numbers: 061 431 5461 and 067 832 4259, telling me he would reschedule my collection because he was going somewhere. Wow! Instead of asking me when I would be available so he could come to collect the return. Takealot is indeed an unserious and disrespectful organisation. There are no consequences where delivery agents do as they please, treating consumers/customers as they wish. Enough is enough!
I received a call today (25.11.2020) as early as 6:57 a.m. from this number +27871359833 asking me if I have received my order and I said NO! And the caller hang up. Till now (2:00p.m.) I have not received a call, text message or whatsoever on my order. I have decided to leave for work because I cannot continue with this nonsense from takealot.com Every time I must either complain or call before my order would be delivered as if I am not paying for it. I cannot explain this stupidity in service delivery... You guys are full of ****... Nonsense...
Takealot is becoming a ****ty business organisation. Imagine a delivery driver telling me to leave my office and come collect my order? I said I would be home by 3 or 4p.m. and since the text message said 8a.m. - 5p.m. I was not going to sit home all day waiting for Takealot to deliver my order. I would be back however before 5p.m. but instead the driver turned-off his phone and reported that "Customer unavailable to receive the order"... And the ****ty organization without confirming the veracity of the claim sent me a text message that my delivery has been rescheduled... Like for real? Rescheduling my delivery like it is a free gift from takealot.com...
The driver called me while I was in the office. I told him I would be home around 3 or 4 p.m. He said he would not be around because he wants to get home early. I was shocked. The text message from takealot says between 8a.m. to 5p.m. I have since reached home around 3;15 p.m. and the driver turned-off his phone. And takealot had to send me very offending text message that I must reschedule my order. Like is it a charity offer that Takealot cannot ascertain the claims of these drivers? These drivers are so rude, mannerless and lack simple etiquette. Takealot is becoming a failure in managing their drivers/delivery agents who have become lords and masters. Takealot watch it before you fall because of your poor oversight on your drivers and delivery agents. Austine.
Made an order on FirstShop website last week Thursday (22 October 2020). I was told the product will arrive by Monday 26th October 2020. However, on the 23 October (Friday) the goods were delivered and I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and product delivery. This is not the first time I am using FirstShop and their service has always been top of the notch from my experience..
The customer service of this company is top range but the delivery drivers need to be trained and re-trained to understand that as a last line between the customer and the organization they need to be very professional when calling customers for goods delivery. The drivers need to be reprimanded whenever a customer makes a complaint about them. Notwithstanding, the customer care service is excellent.

I write to bring to your notice the highhandedness of staff at Areyeng Bus services in Ruth Mompati Station, Sunnyside. They have been becoming very bold and audacious in their misbehavior towards passengers during this lock-down period. Imagine, they ask for your work permit and ID and when you present the said documents they tell you its either fake, outdated or expired. How they reach such conclusions remains a mystery to every passenger they have turned away from using the bus service. Today I had to control myself from flying-off the wheel, hence, I have decided to do an official report. All their listed numbers on the website never works, as I have been trying to reach 012 358 4848 to no avail. Areyeng should kindly call their staff/personnel to order before this escalates and people take laws into their hands. Thank you and best of regards. Passenger...
