Quick one....ordered uber eats for myself and my two sons @BK Grandwest Cpt...uber eats didnt deliver because of thieving UE driver. Anyways went to Grandwest BK got my order number and requested my grubb like 3 times politely cos you have my money in you coffers rite. No BK needs to follow due process and UE will refund...so what about our stomachs as i supported you throughout. No sorry our books wont add up ....oh just like my wallet is not adding up. So rather you have the process where i do the dirty and donkey work to get my money refunded with my time and added money and BK smiling all the way to the bank bcos you have a backup clause to mitigate your reasoning. Great policy ...awsome work ethics ....empty stomachs. Awsome job BK.NOT. So heres my thoughts its a dog eat dog world ...you risk your time.money and energy and get frustrated ,so life lesson learnt at my age lol. Dont involve 3rd Parties dont trust the smiling managers.... dont think for one second they sympathising cos yes iits all about the moolas. Having that thing called customer satisfaction is long out the window along with the kitchen sink. Enough of that ...one last thing no replies pls especially from BK...no apologies no comments that make the readers feel that you realy sad and sobbing for you false sympathy. All we wanted was burgers and we got due process with extra cheese and sauce.The dry taste in my mouth was an awsome whopper....sorry whopping 0. Mitchells Fibre and Mweb i have logged a query since before lockdown. a month after my mitchells fibre installation was installed it is still not activated. i have given up hope and now just waiting, after a month of back and forth chasing after clarity as to who and when the fibre will be activated.not sure if its a MWEB helpcentre or a third party sitting in the callcentres. be prepared when following the helpcentre route of * query tabs getting timed out due to unknown errors, *the 2 easy paths of getting help redirecting you back to your original account or back to the helpcentre page, irrate sales callcentre personnell*help centre personnell trained on convincing you that your issue will be sorted within 48hrs but will actualy be between 3weeks to 2months. if ever you have experienced buffering during the early years of internet downloading its back in a new form.
