When I approached LegalWise for assistance with negotiations involving the body corporate and their attorneys, I expected proper legal representation, guidance, and protection of my rights and financial interests. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling unsupported and vulnerable. From the beginning, it appeared that the matter was handled with very limited effort. Only one or two emails were sent on my behalf, and there was little meaningful engagement or strategy to protect me from the ongoing conduct of the opposing attorneys. I was eventually informed that nothing further could be done because the other lawyers were allegedly “not cooperative.” Shortly thereafter, my file was closed. As a result, I was left exposed while the attorneys on the other side continued adding further legal costs and fees to the levy amount I was allegedly owing. I feel that there was insufficient effort made to challenge these escalating charges, negotiate effectively on my behalf, or protect me from what I experienced as unfair and excessive legal costs. I joined LegalWise with the understanding that I would receive active legal support and representation during difficult disputes. Instead, I was left feeling abandoned in a situation where I needed legal protection the most. To this day the opposing attorneys are bullying me and adding more costs!
Every month fnb is shocking me by taking my money. , i noticed that everytime i get my salary a chunk of money is moved around (i did not autorise this) and when debits have to deduct that money is not there ,after that fnb wants to charge me R1500 for this debits not going through yet they are the ones who had taken the money out of the account, i will be moving to another bank i cannot be suffering like this every month
I am a platinum member. Submitting a claim through the channels specified is futile. They do not respond even after you do follow ups. I submitted a claim on the 24th of march 2026, there was no response, i decided to resend 13 april 2026and got an automatic response that a consultant will be in touch with me. To date the 24th of April 2026 still no response from scorpion legal.
Be careful. This shop is a ****, they take customers money and never deliver what you bought. You will be calling them everyday and they will be telling you lie after lie . You will send emails and they will never respond! Up until you give up and realize you have been ****med!
I am extremely disappointed with PAY JUST NOW and feel that consumers need to be warned. This platform allows customers to split purchases into three equal, interest-free installments, which creates the impression that it is a safe and trustworthy payment partner. However, many of the shops listed on their platform appear to be unreliable, with some taking customers’ money and never delivering the purchased products. The most concerning issue is that when consumers report non-delivery or possible ****s, PJN refuses to take meaningful responsibility. Their response is simply that the transaction is “between the consumer and the merchant,” and that their role is only to continue collecting installment payments — regardless of whether the customer has actually received the goods. This raises a serious question: why are such merchants allowed on their platform in the first place? If PJN chooses to partner with these stores and facilitates payment collection, then they should also have a duty to vet merchants properly and protect consumers from *****ulent sellers. It is unacceptable for a payment platform to continue debiting customers for products that were never delivered while distancing itself from accountability. I strongly urge this company to improve merchant screening, investigate complaints thoroughly, and suspend payments where there is evidence of non-delivery or suspected *****. Consumers should be extremely cautious before using this service.
I ordered a bed online, only to be called and told that it is out of stock and an order needs to be made for delivery to their centurion store. I am very disappointed because its been a week now and i still dont know exactly when to expect delivery because they are not giving me any feedback. Its not a good idea to buy from this shop.
Its not a good idea to buy from this site. They have products advertised and say they ship products with 2-3 business days but thats not true. I ordered a headboard on the 25th of March,on the site they said it is shipped within 24hours, but thats also a lie it is there to mislead you to place your orders, to date i still have not recieved my purchase. Ansd when i sent an email asking for a timeline of delivery they sent me an email saying they dont have a timeline,
I ordered a card replacement for my daughter, and opted for a free delivery, somehow R180 was deducted for fees. When the card arrived i activated it on the app, next thing my daughter was calling me at school saying her card was not working. I later went to ATM to activate it there, it rejected, i contacted the fnb secure chart and was told “we don't know whats wrong with the card, go to your nearest branch”. As if that was not enough i found my account empty , i check transactions i find duplicate transactions and a message from fnb telling me i will get my money back they double charged me on my petrol transaction, mind you that was my last money, i had to live without for 2-3 days and very shocked by how to them is not a big deal if i wanted to use that money or not.
My parents are pensioners in their 80’s staying in Limpopo Vleifontein , my mom is a paraplegic, they stay together and there is no one else younger ,they were given a portable metre box with wrong coding by eskom, we bought electricity tokens and that metre box wont accept the tokens because its programming is wrong , we lost a lot of money to date eskom has not assisted us and my mom is very sick because of not eating properly as she needs to eat nutritious food before taking her medication. i was the one calling eskom almost everyday and they keep saying they are coming, food has been rotting in the fridge, twice my dad had to throw away rotten meat, its been two months without electricity now. The other day i spoke to lady called Mokene and yesterday i spoke to a guy who said his name is Ali promising to assist , today my parents are throwing away rotten food and meat.
On the 04th of february 2026 i Booked a table online for the 14 february 2026 15:00 and recieved confirmation of booking via their cellphone number on whatsapp on the 05th of February 2026 and we discussed a specefic table i booked. When we arrived on the 14th of february the table i had booked had other people sitting on it, then i was told i will be given the one next to it, then told its because the table i booked is for a “Bianca” who booked it for 16:00 , then when i started complaining the story changed to the table is for management of the mall and i cant sit there, then we went and sat to the one that we were shown next to it. While sitting there they approached us again and we were told to move again to a table further away from it. The food tasted really bad and the entire time sitting there there was a weird smell was not sure if it was the food we were eating .
