Excellent service, my line got cut off and they called back immediately, they were efficient & thorough, after repairing the geyser, they sent someone to paint the wall where the old geyser was removed, without me asking. It's superb service. First class!
I have stayed at Island Club Hotel a few times over the last 5 months, and I have to say the service is just nothing short of exceptional. The staff are all friendly, the place is spacious, it's beautiful and it's right next to the mall. It's always a joy staying with these guys. Keep up the great work Island Club Hotel team.
The customer service at Qatar airways is absolutely poor. What happened to this airline because I used to hear such good things about it. They got information wrong about our trip to Turkey and cost us R2000 in cancelation fees and we got a response saying they're sorry, however with Covid-19 things are changing all the time. So they're an airline selling tickets to countries they're not sure passengers will be allowed into? The apology and lack of acknowledgement from the airline is absolutely pathetic! Don't fly with this airline unless you have absolutely no choice!!!
I ordered a pizza for delivery on my son's birthday, 30 May 2020 @4.33pm & was told it'll be delivered in an hour. At 5.45pm I called to check when we would get our pizza, I was told the driver was out, when he returned we would get it. I called again at 6.10pm and at 6.40pm where I was given the same excuse. I sarcastically asked if I must pick it up, and was told yes. At 7pm I got a call asking if they must deliver the pizza, I told them if they're not here in 15 minutes they must cancel. No one ever called me to apologize & we NEVER got our pizza!
Called FNB Premier line for my mom to reverse a debit order, with everything happening in the country right now you'd think the consultants would be willing to assist. Their authentication system has been working sometimes, sometimes not, last week, a great consultant offered to call my sister back to assist since they could not authenticate, I asked Elsie Sekgodi to do the same today, call back so my mom can be authenticated, she said she can't call back she's in inbound and the calls are too busy. So much for customer service. Then I asked for the Team Leader and was advised he's on lunch, but he would call before end of day. So we must wait a possible 4 hours to get service from FNB!!!
