Whatch out for this ****!!! The approve a loan early on a Friday, no payout made on Friday. Sent them an email and their reply is they will only pay out Monday at 3pm. Interest are charged from Friday on money you do not have. And then funds will only reflect the next business day. Paying interest for 5 days but no money. This will be reported to the NCR
Telkom has no idea what they are doing! I was on a month to month data contract, gave them a month notice as per agreement, contract cancelled but they still bill me! They even handed me over to their just as useless “attorneys” who threaten you for a non existing service. I have called Telkom, sent emails to their so called attorneys but they do not even reply. Telkom is well known for their uselessness and I experienced this myself now. Stay far away, they are *********** and should not be operating at all
They change every few months and you only bank money. Banking is ***** as they change the banking methods on a regular basis … Capirec regularly. They do not even deserve the one star I gave them. I have been playing on and off for a few years and they get worse by the day. I am done with this casino as it is becoming a risk to deposit funds and the way they take your money is also risky and *****.
Compliments to Capitec for their great service. When you call their customer services department they answer very quickly. Emails are also answered very quickly. These days there are only few establishments with such high customer service. Thank you Capitec bank!
After an online credit card application that took 4 weeks and not even finalized after the 4 weeks, I cancelled the application and went to the branch yesterday. After the lady had to do the application twice and 2 and a half hours of my time wasted by Capitec, it is still not sorted out. And the problem is at Capitec again!! First the mandate for the debit order did not appear in order for me to accept. We tried the app, went to a atm to check but with no joy. After the 2nd application and a total waste of time to start the application from scratch again, the debit order mandate was approved but now the credit is not on the credit card?? The only balance on the cards is a R70 rand fee for a replacement card. It is a new card and application!! How can Capitec have debit orders in place but there is nothing to pay? Margaret from Middelburg branch tried her best to help and she also phoned twice to report the fault. But it is still not sorted out and also no further communication from Capitec!! Your credit ratings on the app is also old and not accurate at all. The score on Capitec app is score from months ago. Does anything at Capitec actually works?
I have applied for a credit card almost 4 weeks ago and it is still not finalized. Capitec phones me maybe once a week to tell me that it will be finalized today but then another week pass to have the next person telling me the same story. I have been approved weeks ago. It took them a week just to give me the advise the email where I have to send my documents. I sent the documents the same day - 2 weeks ago. And when I phone Capitec, they say they will phone me back but that never happens
I am not suprised to see all the bad reviews and a 2/10 rating or that they don’t even respond. The internet is exactly the same … no service, no internet. And they are fist to take your money and we do not have service to use the data we are paying for. PS: Axxess do not even deserve 1 star.
DSTV has disconnected my service on 08/03/2022 after I have paid on 28/02/2022. After 4 calls and a hour on the phone (my cost), the incorrect package was connected. I had old decoders years back and when I bought the new Explora decoder in Jan 2022, I phoned the call centre and asked them to CANCEL the old decoders and activate the new decoder as I have destroyed the old decoders. As expected from Multichoice it was not done!! The old decoder was activated on the family package (much cheaper package) as I am on the COMPACT PLUS package. R70 in airtime later to tell DSTV what to do and what I have paid for. How can Multichoice not know what package their customers are on??? I have cancelled previously for the same reasons … incompetence and repeats and after 1 month, same issues!!
I have a new Checque account since the beginning of July and so far I have only experienced poor service from Nedbank and a lot of unnessasary running around. 1. Went to Nedbank on 9 July to pick up my new bank card but only to find out that it was sent to the wrong branch. I specifically requested the card to be delivered to a specific branch and not CBD as it is not safe to go there. The branch had to re-order a new card. 2. Collected new card at the locker but I could not link my card to the app. 3. Went to the branch for the 3rd time for the card to be activated. 4. Applied for a credit card on 26/07 and the lady requested my recent payslip which I requested from my head office. 5.28/07 (2 days later) I received a phone call from Nedbank that they can only finalise the application once they receive 3 months payslips. I have to request this from my head office again. Nedbank should have requested 3 payslips from the beginning and not 2 days later. 6. As per the below, credit card application still not complete. E-mailed bank statements to the service department on 28 July and since then no feedback, e-mails or sms received from Nedbank. 7. This is a new account and Fica at the branch. Yesterday I received a phone call that I need to go to the branch to Fica. Told the lady that this was done a week ago. Now my account is “pending activation” on the app All the above in less than one month!
I have cancelled my Rain internet 2 months ago and today my savings account was debited with R927!! My authorised debit orders did not go through my account due to this!! I am so mad at this people. I now have returned debit order costs and it looks bad on my credit profile. How on earth can companies like this get away with taking UNAUTHORISED funds from people’s accounts????
