We received a statement written as "Please see attached statements for your marketing and advertising on the Government Online™ platform. " for services that were never rendered to us, with a bill of R27 000 from these ****** and ******* government online. we would like to know where did you advertise us did you communicate with us when this happened except telling us about the contract you boosting we signed , can we have a call recording of the conversation between us and who ever sold this advertising system to us we are not going to pay this and we have in the past advised you to cancel your services with us as we do not need them.
On Monday the 27th April I received a bad service from a lady by the name of Ermina at Rwyp Pharmcy, Rwyp is known for good service to its customers it does not need people like Ermina she is very rude unwilling to help customers she was not even bothered that I told her to return my money if she can not give me what i wanted instead she was rude telling me the way to get off and that I can take my money and stick it where the sun does not shine she does not care. I really did not expect this from someone dealing with customers for her to tell me she does not care I can go buy elsewhere was shocking simple because I requested for loose change so that I can be able to give the car guards outside a tip for looking after my car while I was inside the hospital not to mention her showing me that I quote "I do have the change you want but I will not give you if you do not want the items you bought you can simple return them I will give you your money back I do not care" close quote. As a customer I found this very disturbing and wondered if I will ever visit that Pharmacy if we are treated like that as customers.
I would like to report a very bad service we are getting from Pulse living since they took over from Renico at Ascot complex in Crystal Park. we are tenants are Ascot we have been advise we owing R1034 for utility charges , we paid this yesterday trying to clear our debt so that we can be able to buy electricity this happens after we have been buying electricity but not getting token when we told we were told our money is going towards our debt we then asked how much we are owing we were told R1034 plus R50 for November which we paid R1044 of this amount owed. To our surprise immediately after making the payment to clear the debt another debt of R512 comes up again we ask where this debt comes from no one can give us the answer instead we are being sent from pillar to post, we are dealing with the lady called Cheryl very rude lady who reads the messages and not even bother to answer the only thing she asks was if the rent was paid I told her yes, we paid she requested a proof I am asking her what does the proof have anything to do with the debt that just came up from nowhere . we are now seating in the dark with no electricity because every time we buy electricity is going towards this debt we don't even where it came from. can we have answers from Pulse Living on this.
Terrible service we receiving from Absa Business Banking , particularly from our business Banker Nokuthula Mampa. our business account since been suspended by Absa since December 2023 without any proper reason given to us. We have tried on several occassions to get in touch with Absa business to find out what could be the problem with our account we were advise to communicate directly with our banker as she is the 1st point of contact between us and the bank when we call Nokuthula to find the reason she sends us to their ***** department which in the end also sends us back to her, this is 3rd month now and we were advised that our account will closed due to no activities on the account i am not sure how they axpect any activites on the account that is not active as it is suspended for whatever reason we do not know and nothing is being said to us regardign this. We have tried to reach out to senior management at Absa to report this without any success but the account remains inactive we cannot even deposit money into this account and this is really an inconvinience to our customers.
I have been sending emails to cancel my existing contract with Vodacom to retentions.cancellations@vodacom.co.za but all email are coming back undelivered when calling the call center i am being sent from pillar to post I want this contract cancelled with immediate effect contract expired 26th August 2021 long before that I have trying to send emails and calling with no luck
I am writing as I am concerned with the way Vodacom is handling my account my Vodacom account is up to date but its showing that I am in areas on ITC which this is incorrect can you kindly assist with this error its been going on for quite sometime now
Incorrect billing from Vodacom I am sending this to complain about Vodacom , they have listed my account with them as an account in areas and I have made sure that the account is up to date since I took this contract and the phone has been working since I bought it has never been disconnect but to my surprise when I call them they told me my account is in areas i pay my account its never in areas , the sad part about Vodacom is that when every you lay a complaint with them it never gets resolved the Agents are just rude and not helpful Please assist and remove this negative status on my name from the credit bureau as its affecting badly
pathetic service from multichoice i think they are trying to make money out of the poor , my mother is on DSTV access and she does not owe anything but her account is blocked she is told she is owing R334.00 for what we don't know could this be price hiking or what we need answers , i tried calling almost the whole day yesterday with no success i need this resolved asap.
