I deposited money into my brother's account without realizing that his card had expired. He currently has no access to a bank branch or smartphones, only Paza shops. I contacted the Capitec agent for a reversal, and Ms. Tshepiso Eabanya assisted me by explaining the procedure and the reasons why I couldn't process the reversal myself. At the time, I had difficulty understanding, but she was polite and did her best to clarify. I highly commend her professional service, clear communication, and knowledge. Jeppe Street Boxer Superstores I would like to thank every staff of Boxer Superstore located at Jeppe Street Johannesburg during the November hectic special. It was busy for days, and I was in and out. The staff served us with pride and joy. The store offers lower prices on several staples than the rest of other retailers, making Boxer the cheapest number one leading retailer.
On the 25th of October 2024, I opened an Assupol funeral policy, and later, I got the cheapest offer from my back. Then, I requested that Assupol terminate my policy. I called the call center representative and spoke to Miss Kholeka Modisa. After she asked the security questions and the reason for the cancellation, she explained the policy rule and advised me not to cancel the policy. She helped me with pride and good customer service. Assupol didn't debit, thanks to Kholeka.
I was once saved with good customer service after I purchased a Microwave online, and struggled to operate it. I went to Click Pharmacy at Kerk St corner Harrison St. I met with a senior man Mr. Mphendulo Mthimkhulu. He was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about customer needs. He attended to me while everyone was having excusing. I visited the shop recently personally to see him and found that he retired. Please inform him that his client missed him a lot, and all the best.
Hear me clear. I am not ratting Capitec Bank, but Miss Disemelo Sebate working at Jouburg Newtown Mall on the 25th of October. She gave me outstanding customer service. She professionally advised me, and I have been looking for it, just not knowing who to talk to. She was open and friendly.
I signed a two-year airtime contract with Vodacom in July 2022. Last month, August was supposed to be the final debit order. Their agents phoned me early this year, several times offering new deals and I rejected them. Instead, Vodacom increased the August installment and sent the September installment. Now I am blamed by Vodacom saying "I was supposed to cancel earlier." Vodacom's client concern isn't recognized only money is important to you arrogant people with poor customer service.
Arrogant Telkom I have been working with Telkom for a decade of years. Data contract of 10GB and upgrades last year to uncapped/unlimited data. Earlier this year, I saw that it was not working for me. January the 24th, I requested a downgrade. I contacted them several times and visited their branch personnel at Johannesburg main street. Till today, I am paying for the unlimited data, which are not used at all. Their answers they keep on saying, "We will escalate your matter to our seniors/downgrade department. Arrogant Telkom, only looking for money but not clients wants.
