i went to SPUR RESTUARANT at ferndale on republic and the managers were racist, i think spur is a racist restuarant and the restuarant will sooon be closed down for their racist behaviour towards black people who are the race that keep the useless buisness moving i think the owner of the franchise has indoctrined racist behaviour in the staffs and the managers that black people must wear mask whilst they are sitting to eat the useless food and tasteless food served by unqualified chefs The people of other colour sitted were not asked to wear their mask whist sitted to eat but the manager came and harrassed my family to put on mask which i find very strange because there wre lots of white people not wearing mask whilst they sat to eat i will never go to the racist spur ahain and my advice to black people is to avoid restarants like the racist spur restaurant. i am glad that spur profit is going down and may it continue to go down until the restarants close down finally A useless and terrible restuarant
i purchased an item worth R850 and i was told to still buy a carrier bag to put the item i have in the past bought shoes from different shops and was never asked to buy a carrier bag, i suppose a customer spending more than R800 should at least be given a carrier bag or plastic to put the item, shoe city is a awful company, greedy and lack good customer ethos, the workers do not show any passion i guess companies like shoe city ought to close down stores because shops like shoe city will go down soon if they do not amend their ways
86 public is a very racist and selective restaurant, my experience was not a good one The waiters are very selective who they attend to, one would wonder if there no equality, the bouncers are the worst culprit, harassment of customers is what they do, i suppose they do that because they expect customers to give them money so customers can be treated well, the establishment smells corruption which is an example of private business corruption condoned by the owner, the business owner of 86 public does not take the business seriously perhaps the customers are not seen as the source of sustainability of the business. i think the best way is for people to boycott the rubbish place and let it shut down
Terrible experience with iwyze, the client agents are not very helpful and sound very rude on the phone without proper phone etiquette, the customer service is very bad i would definitely advise potential client to seek other insurer that have good customer service and not a rogue insurer, iwyze products are scams
my fiancee was admitted at Medi clinic Sandton, the receptionist and nurses are very rude and unprofessional, i arrived at the reception where the booking for admission is done and the guy who attended to us was very rude, i am very sad to report again there is no black excellence and NO service excellence at MEDI clinic, i will like to commend Sister Blackhead and the manager Liezel, they epitomize excellence, the nurses are very incompetent and i am sad again to report that there is no black excellence, MEDI clinic sandton is fast turning to a government hospital were poor and bad service is rendered. i am dissapointed that medical aid will pay sandton medi clinic for a bad service which itself is an unjustified payment, i hope the authorities concerned look at the service to patients at medi clinic.
I Want to thank Hellopeter for the platform through which consumers can share their experience, it is often said that silence to a wrong doing makes someone complicit, Hellopeter gave me a platform through which i expressed the bad service i received at pick n pay Northgate by the manager called Thulani, i received a call from a very Gentle man called Kobus who apologized on behalf of pick n pay and promised a corrective remedy, i am impressed by his listening and empathetic attitude, i wish Brand managers can emulate him so that brands will be portrayed in a good way, The economy is not doing so well and companies need to realize that customers are their greatest asset and good customer service should be their priority, Front line managers should be trained properly to be good ambassadors of their brand, as for the Thulani who is the pick n pay Manager at Northgate mall, i do not think he should be a manager, Thank you Hellopeter for a good job and pick pay also for the apology

After a about a week complain and tell phone call to their call center to complain about a bad service from their unprofessional manager, there is no feedback it is now clear to me that pick n pay is not a brand that respects customers hence there is lot of complain on hello peter, i thank hello peter for exposing pick n pay, thank you hello peter for allowing customers to expose the useless brand pick n pay. i hope sooner the useless brand of pick n pay will fall, i will make sure i write an article in the newspaper to expose the maltreatment by pick pay , i will also write in consumer magazines in Africa where pick n pay is located so that people can start reporting the pick n pay brand if they are been mistreated. a useless brand
PICK N PAY sent their usual message saying they view complait very seriously but no follow up, pick n pay is very notorious for not resolving customer's complaint i am dissapointed and will never recommend pick n pay to anyone, i will change my brand to a brand that respects customers reading the complaits from people on this platform, it is very clear that pick n pay does not care and their response is always copy and paste, i hope with the junk status of the economy, pick and pay will soon crumble A USELESS BRAND.
pick n pay northgate customer service is very bad, the manager is very unprofessional The rights of customers are violated with the excuse that good customer service is suspended because of declaration of disaster management, lockdown i am ashamed to report that there is no black excellence from the manager, i hope the junk status hit pick n pay brand very hard so they close stores, and the authorities need to step up and protect consumers from poor and bad service as customers are abused by pick n pay and rights are violated i will advise people to go to other stores and boycott pick n pay brand so pick n pay can be hit hard and improve on their customer service i am a very dissatisfied customer
