Very excellent service received from the Woodmead stuff I had returned an item I bought from them in Sandton when I called to check for my refund the stuff was so vibrant to assist and concerned why was I not assisted at Sandton immediately even after they said they will call me back they did as promised even the refund was successful they checked if I've seen must say I'm definitely not hesitating to go back to shop at their store great customer service
I don't even know how to express the level of poor service I'm tolorating from this Store Timberland Atubury I returned an item which I bought in October/Nov till date vai pay just now they still won't refund my money the manager said I shuld gv him that week of Black Friday till date I wonder what's so difficult to do that took Steve Madden store to do a refund only one day that takes them a whole two months their lines r not working tried to take the number they gave me direct still no luck I don't even have time to go to the store due to work to go beg for my money to be returned into my wallet their treatment is so bad Can be contacted on 0720670188 I even tried other timberlands but still was told must go attubury jeez! Very very bad experience bought a cellphone at mr price Tembisa on the 15th February 2025 during March the phone stop popping out keypad so making it impossible to open passport of the phone I took it back to the store on 15 March I took it in nothing was given to me nothing till date has been communicated to me to say what's happening or any form of feedback I keep calling your call centre very very bad experience I'm being transferred from piller to post as am waiting on the line it's says there's an error so who must I call further cause the way I'm not being assisted I feel I no more want the phone I cannot be paying for something I do not have in my possession and the way you'll treat your client it's totally unfair I no more want this mr price account unlike other stores the effort they take for their customers I'm really dissatisfied my contact details is 0720670188 I would like to know how far is fix or whatever the fault is I stay far from tembisa it's costy for me to be going the to know what's up even calling you customer centre without getting any assistance with my own airtime makes it even worse . The refund processs yhooo very terrifying you will get out of their store frustrated they just take long and use only one person to do the job making it’s a turn of to come revisit such store unlike other stores or markets immediately they process you out
I fail to understand why can’t your shop be ba able to assist a customer with his or her identity card to purchase for heavens sakes I am the main card holder how can I ***** if m the rightful owner I can’t even be assisted in making payment towards that account Worse part your account m close to closing it off unlike other store shops once it’s paid off the credit no chargers goes in with you guys even when I’m not owing I receive a statement of 17rands dis is really not on and I’d prefer to cancel the card fees protection what what cause for me they r really not necessary I never ever loose cards
McDonald’s At Nkomo village it’s a no no either they just don’t have stock of many items especially those on the app I sometimes wonder and their stuff are very rude most of them how can I have an app and be told I Can only redeem one item with my points for heavens sakes I bought to qualify for them they have a tendency of being harsh to us customers and mind u they don’t mind packing too dry fries not freash even on top too much salt put and seems old pls do visit and check their service delivery

I need clarity with this app of yours its been days we are to continue using it when purchasing points entering for what good cause if currently i cant redeem wateva points i have accumulated how must i redeem if your app aint giving us an option but option to redeem buying using payments instead of points earned and no communication to your customers who have registered to be able to get information regarding invade you updating the system cause as much you do things your employees when we ask they are clueless like us not working there please clarify is it the new way the app will be or its still under construction of redeeming the points earned so we know not bother gathering this points anymore
