I have bought a bed on the 02 December 2024 at Evaton Sleepmaters it is Restonic bed, the bed is not comfortable at all its hurting my back. I have went to the doctor more than three times within this three months, I even have a proof for that. I called customer service last week on the 18th March 2025 and the promised to get back to me within 24 hours but they never did, on the 20th I called them again and they referred me at Evaton mall Sleepmaters. I went there but even today no response, what a bad customer service, I did inquiry but they don't even bother to update me. I am now sleeping on the floor because I can not continue to sleep on a bed that is hurting and making me sick whereas I have bought a bed, Is that fair? I even feel that this bed is a second hand the way it is so uncomfortable. The bed that I was sleeping on it for the previous years, I had bought it at Fair Price Eva Gold it was very less but I used it for more than 10 years, I then decided to buy a better one but I am very disappointed! today I received WhatsApp message that I should take a picture so that the can attend to my complain, how would they see that the springs are hurting me over the pictures? I need them to come and feel/examine this Bed actually they should come and take this bed too!

palesa.leotlela@bufflogistics.com I have sent my proof of email and refund form but Palesa Leotlela keeps on saying that the proof of payment is incorrect. It's a **** they don't want to refund me and I want my money.
I order items at Shein but unfortunately my parcel was ******. I requested a refund of the total money that I paid, Shein refunded me but I never received a refund of customs duties from Buffalo they asked me to send refund form and proof of payment to Palesa but she rep**** and said my proof of payment is incorrect. I called them and asked what kind of proof of payment they need, the they said my sms bank notification and it should be in pdf and I did sent that but even today there's no reply. I need my refund!
I bought tombstone for my daughter at Boiketlong funeral directors and tombstone at Sebokeng. The lady (Mrs Mampho) that helped me with payment process was very friendly from the beginning until I paidup the money. Mrs Malindi promised to deliver the service on the 4th of May but they failed to, she called me in the morning to make arrangements about cleaning the graveyard and she also told me that one of the family member must be available when the put the tombstone and I made the arrangements as agreed. My husband did go to work on that day but what the sad part is that there was empty promises as she sent people to put tombstone for other people but not for my daughter. The gentleman that were there they didn't have the stone for my child. My husband waited and the was no communication anymore, I kept on calling Mrs Malindi and she ignored my calls, I even said her whatsapp until I called their design, she was there but she refused to answer the phone I just had a voice from the back saying. "I already talk to that lady". The customer service is very bad,no service delivery, no communication. Yesterday my husband called her (11 May 2022 around 6pm) and do the follow up but she said they put the stone but it's incomplete as they must spray it yoo I wonder if we didn't try to call her she would have even bothered to give us updates. All I wanted was to honor my daughter 😢, I am expecting to get want I bought as promised would they do right by me?
On the 23th of March 2021 around 8am I gave birth to a baby boy. The labor ward was very clean and COVID 19 regulations were maintained amongst all the nurse that helped me to deliver was doing her best, I don't recall her name but she is short, dark in completion and with a big Gold ring on her left finger also the staff was very friendly. Giving birth is not easy but the environment made me to have hope and remain positive. May the Lord keep and bless that nurse, the world need such people.
Last year i pay day night R1400 to be taught driving and get drivers license. My contract was freezed because I didn't find the Slot, I have try to communicate with the owner and the drivers but he ignored me. When I go back to them to resume my contract, Mr Rangwedzi ( the owner) told me to add R400 which they never told me before that the contract was only freezed for last year. They provide bad customers service because they never communicate with me. I even said him the proof that I tried to communicate with him even before my contract can expire
The customer service at multichoice is very bad ,I have been calling them to fix the E30 error it's been three days now,the fail to fix it and we have paid our DSTV in this lock down the TV it's not working,my name Is Thulisile. I don't know what to do anymore before they promised to call me back but they didn't.
