I bought a Restonic Bazaruto at Russels in March 2025. The bed is uneven and sagging. The assessor came to assess the bed and he could see that it is uneven but he said there is nothing they can do as the bed is considered sagging when it is 4cm deep. I am not happy at all as the bed is so uncomfortable. I hate night time.

I regret buying restonic bed, I thought it was one of the best brands but it is not I should have stick with what I know. I bought a bed 2024 January a year later the small fabric binding the mattress together fall out almost half of the be. Now the inside of the mattress is exposed meaning the stitches which were binding the mattress were not done properly. I made a complain at Bradlows where I bought the bed and Resonic says they can’t help because 6 months has passed. Like who buys a bed and think such will happen. I have used other brands before I have never experienced bed stitches coming out exposing the whole inside of it, meaning when they fabricate the beds they rush through the job. The customer service is bad I will not buy from Restonic ever again. How is my fault that the thread were not properly done 😭😭😭

For such a reputable company to have such a lousy treatment towards customers. I would have rated zero if I could. I reported issues with my base and a stain on the mattress to Russells which got Restonic as the supplier to make contact and Faith sent a WhatsApp to deal with the matter not even a call to understand my complaint. I'm being told they will give me another base due to the nails sticking out but as for the stain on the mattress it's not on them I must go to the store. I'm being thrown from pillar to post for something I spent my hard earned money on, for what?

Sleepmaster-Restonic Barbados bed I thought buying a Restonic barbados Bed @ Sleepmaster was worth it. I’m not happy with their services. Bought the Bed and it was delivered on the 6th of march 2025 . However the bed was not comfortable it was hard and in the middle of the bed I would feel the spring of the bed. The bed was also making sounds when I sit or turn on the bed. Month later decided that I should call head office and report my issue but the respond I got from the guy who assisted me was unacceptable he was like, sleepmaster can not help me if I want a comfortable bed I saw the bed that time I was buying it, that it’s not comfortable but he logged a call for me and I got a reference no. Then few days restonic texted and requested for pictures and videos. I sent the pictures and the video. Had to call Restonic and make a follow up until they told me that the mattress exchange have been authorised. Then today 24th the mattress was delivered. However I was given a mattress with stains and it still make the same sounds so I assume maybe it was used before or it was on display, but the people from Restonic mentioned I will receive a new mattress. So disappointed as a customer.

I have bought a bed on the 02 December 2024 at Evaton Sleepmaters it is Restonic bed, the bed is not comfortable at all its hurting my back. I have went to the doctor more than three times within this three months, I even have a proof for that. I called customer service last week on the 18th March 2025 and the promised to get back to me within 24 hours but they never did, on the 20th I called them again and they referred me at Evaton mall Sleepmaters. I went there but even today no response, what a bad customer service, I did inquiry but they don't even bother to update me. I am now sleeping on the floor because I can not continue to sleep on a bed that is hurting and making me sick whereas I have bought a bed, Is that fair? I even feel that this bed is a second hand the way it is so uncomfortable. The bed that I was sleeping on it for the previous years, I had bought it at Fair Price Eva Gold it was very less but I used it for more than 10 years, I then decided to buy a better one but I am very disappointed! today I received WhatsApp message that I should take a picture so that the can attend to my complain, how would they see that the springs are hurting me over the pictures? I need them to come and feel/examine this Bed actually they should come and take this bed too!

Where should I begin.. purchased a queen size Sleepmasters Brooklyn bed and base set on 30/07/2024. We opted for this bed as we prefer foam mattresses. My partner weighs approximately 100kgs and we were assured by your sales lady, I think her name was Sile, that maximum weight is 150 kgs and that the bed would keep it's firmness and not dent in. With the mattress and base set we also purchased a headboard. Delivery was promised within 2 to 3 days and quickly thereafter I was informed delivery would take 2 weeks, after countless phone calls and moaning it took a week and a half (I should've in hindsight just cancelled order and asked for my money back) Mattress set comes with a supposed 10 year warranty. Initial complaint lodged at Arbour Crossing KZN where they then redirected me to your website. Complaint was lodged on 6 January 2025, on 7 January 2025 a reply was received. We then rep**** to your email minutes later. On 8 January 2025 "request was sent to relevant department ref number 9000394320" 6 days onwards (14 January 2025) and still no feedback. Reply received "please note your complaint has been escalated for further intervention, the relevant department will be in contact with you" Messaged your only automated WhatsApp number 011 298 9800 where after numerous menu inputs was asked for videos and photos of faulty bed and base. I whastapped on Tuesday to emphasize rush as we are sleeping in 2 dents as the mattress slumps in, base has wave like on top and is not flat.. Today messaged again and all I get is "thank you, we will assist shortly. Still no actual response is forthcoming from Restonic SA. Is this how customers get treated as your after sales service is NON EXISTENT!! I again sent a WhatsApp today 20 January 2025, note this is WhatsApp number 2 to follow up. As true as nuts I now have to restart entire process to indicate what problem is. By all means, if you can, do not support Restonic SA because there is NO SUPPORTING DREAMS as per your logo Absolutely horrible after sales service

Have very bad service I bought bed last year September it didn't last even a week the mattress was already damaged, and they say they can't replace it bcz it's its not factory folt
