Bad Quality Bed
I bought a Restonic Bazaruto at Russels in March 2025. The bed is uneven and sagging. The assessor came to assess the bed and he could see that it is uneven but he said there is nothing they can do as the bed is considered sagging when it is 4cm deep. I am not happy at all as the bed is so uncomfortable. I hate night time.

Unhappy customer
I bought 48 330 ml flying fish on 04 July 2025. The price on the app wad R145 and I paid R181 delivery included. The following day I was charged R394 without my consent. I bought the flying fish because of the price. It's not my fault that the price was not correct on the app.

Poor Service
I bought a kitchen unit in Oct 2024 and it was installed into the middle of Dec. Early Jan 2025 the unit is already peeling off and they say the don't have warranty. What a poor service.

Best Service
Just had the best service ever at Bradlows Welkom. I bought lounge suite on Friday the 24th Nov delivery was expected on 05th Dec. To my surprise they were delivered the same day. And I reveceive the best service from Elsie.

Cell C
Good Day I have a contract with Cell C which I am supposed to pay R149 per month. I was charged R253 in July I tried asking for a refund as I did not agree to any contract of R253. I have talked to consultants more that 5 times but they could not help me as they say I upgraded my package. I did not upgrade my package.

I have won a one month package upgrade in May. Now in August I am charged double my monthly installment they say there was an error from their side. My problem is I cannot afford the double instalment. I won the upgrade so I don't know why I have to pay for it.
