Telkom are crooks, they sold us android boxes that are meant to have Netflix, now they are saying their contract with Netflix ended and all those that bought the boxes more than 6 months ago do not get compensated for that. Now stuck with a useless box not to mention people who probably bought those boxes were motivated by feedback from the first buyers. Telkom is a bunch of bullies, I only bought that box because of Netflix
Their support is very bad. I have been a client of theirs for years but now it just went down. I wanted to purchase a new domain and change my website builder to that one. Firstly the online agent didn't bother coming back to me after I asked for assistance. Today I went on to their what's app support it's been over 3 hours no assistance after the greeting. The agent said will get back to you and let me not assisted.
I have never struggled so much just to open an account. Looking at it now it seems it's norm, their customer service sucks they have no idea what permanent residency is or citizenship just a bunch of robots. It's a pity big brands keep partnering with them, they have lost out on business due to Mobicred
I just bought an airfryer online, my money taken then 3 days later the order gets canceled and I'm told my money will be back in 7days what a scam, nonsense online buying, so a week no airfryer and no money
I'm honestly sick and tired of this company. I bought a lifetime membership and every other month I have to email them after money has been deducted from my account. Tip simple do not sign up. Unless you want to lose money for the rest of your life. Don't put your card details if you don't want to pay for things you never signed up for
An amazing place to visit. Has a kids playing area, amazing pizza and obviously good wine without breaking the bank. All strategically placed so what you can eat and drink and all keep an eye out on the kids. Well worth a visit
I gave this company a second chance and they got me again. If you know what's good for you stay away from them. They advertised a lifetime membership that includes certificates, i bought it, choose the option do not save my card. During the course i selected get certificate next thing a payment goes off my card. I contacted their support they got back to me offering me some credit, i refused and asked for a refund, that's the last i heard from them. They stopped responding to my emails. Read the reviews people this company is not trustworthy, stay away from them
I emailed Vox to ask to cancel my account due to the fact that i no longer had an income. Their response even during these times was standard, no support at all they refuse to take a 30day cancellation but want a "clean month" cancellation and on top of that will 1 charge me R2700.00 for cancelling my contract before a year was up secondly which is fair enough they will be coming to get their modem. For me this is a company that is very pretending to be ignorant should i still have an income they would gladly have kept on taking my money, but now that due to a pandemic i dont have an income they will not even more a muscle to assist they just want whats theirs, they do not care who gets affected. Where is an unemployed person meant to get R2700.00 plus another month of R700.00 from. Surely these are companies to be remembered when this is over.
Misleading advertising to hook customers. They advertised a Diploma in Social media marketing next thing after 1 module they give me a call to say i have to pay in order to continue. Not to mention soon after registering they start trying to get you to buy the e-certificate and toolkit. You could potentially lose so much money and still be told that you have to pay to continue while sitting with the prepaid e-certificate. Total waste of time, many other companies that offer truly free courses not SHAW Academy.
