Done upgrade, insread of upgrading my current line tgey issued me eithva new line resulting in me paying for lines not used. Went to store told that they would switch line by taking the upgrade and adding it on correct line we going for 2 months abd each tie I call its being escalated if I new the hassle should have just bought a phobe from retail store and kept month tk month as theres no resolution in store and no management as I have been there different days of the week.
7 days later my lines are still suspended after payment cant get a hold of any representative at this point to gwt this resolved went to store from the 4th was tokd to restart device and allow time.
Nothing to say as we never get career opportunity and circulating links dont work.
Worst at everything, cancelled some services to date am being billed. This company does not mind ****ing you your credit score though cheap but consequently the consequences are dire. Tried calling the customer service long wait times and call automatically ends without speaking to a human. Self serve option not user friendly for me to say the least. Am T a loss on a serious note.
How can one be clear with Vodacom. I raised a complaint on the 28.6.22 got an automated response on the 29.6.2022 no call or feedback to date. All the while I am cc on am email from their fraud team advising that I need to call customer care to have my sim unlocked. The ride I am taken on, I call mind you my son uses Telkom so you would now I am paying at this time to get my query resolved am on a call for 29 minutes to be told nope we can't do the sim swap call help desk. I think how cause googled help desk number to be 082135. I am left further puzzled by this as my complaint clearly doesn't speak volumes to Vodacom and clearly they do not give a rats tale regards customer services at all. I would like for some one to explain once again how my sim got locked and also why it went to fraud team and no one seems to bother calling me and I am running around to get this sorted. I am fuming as my life is put to a stop regards a simple sim swap that the shop cant do. I am told that the my SIM is Locked/Restricted. This guys have my details but keeps giving me runner round when it come to delivering my package they have already debited my card but fail to deliver the package now want my money back but they they can't what Kinder business is that!
I pay close to R3000.00 monthly for medical aid however I am called to be told I owe GP visit cause Momentum did not pay, I thought could be mistake I paid it however this is now a re- accurance as I am sent text and calls stating claim from January was never paid. I called the centre as well as text to ask how this is possible and no one had an answer. Further moreasked that I called in before doing the covid test to find out the process and was told that as long as I was referred by GP it would be covered. I am at my wit's ends as I don't see the point of me spending so much and having to visit GP out of pocket as well. What's the point of staying a member rather cancel and use those funds as out of pocket am not a sickly person however this is impacting me financially and my health.
My sister went into store to lay buy a cupboard this was in 2020 at protea glen branch. As we have a pandemic she had to rush home as a result of am emergency. Went in today as due date is close, was helped by a lady called Thandeka very rude Isy say as we asked to pay and was refused as I am not the owner though explain ed that I have the ID and am not changing any details would like to pay it do the money does not get forfeited. Was told no not possible also asked as I am from home (Limpopo) and checked if this could be paid and did not find a branch at Malamulele I was told it's not their problem if not paid due process would follow. My question was then does this shop only look out in getting people to buy and if you are not able to finish no alternative is done or referral as they just want to keep money for their sales representative. What kind of a business is this branch at protea green where there is no customer service at all.
I would like to find out as a nation we have experienced financial difficulties especially with lockdown and income loss.bhas this business offered it's customers some sort of payment plan or is the rule to send them a text advising of being sent to lawyers or handed over.
