Disgusting service ever in my grand fathers Life
Im Tired of Bonitas they tell there Funds that are on Savings that Available on their own Terms i must go to the Doctor being Embarased told i have 100 on the Savings while on the other one theres 7800 I was sent back by the Doctor I called this Morning, told the doctor was suppose to treat me then i must send an email for them to debit from the Savings that has Money to pay the Doctor OR Pay Cash while i pay my Medical Aid before i even get paid its debited, the i ask them tomorrow im going back to the Doctor i need them to make enough funds Available was told its not going to happen over dead body. They must not call me to explain the must call me to say funds Available tomorrow im giving the same instruction as when i must send email for the to debit on Account that has money. Ref number the gave me 271124QM7X3W iam at work sick as we Speak. Im Changing Bonitas to another Medical aid the relashinship is Over they must transfer my Money i need to use it Danko

False advertising on TV its what the will deliver
I've log a complaint against bonitas still they haven't paid the doctor I have 11000 on my savings sitting they can't pay 500 I'm out of words it's disgusting.now the doctor keeps on calling me

Looting money from people
Bad service ever paying almost 3000 have a balance on my savings for 11000 they can't pay my doctor 500 I've been calling taken from pillar to post they even quoted ref number when call again they can't pick up the same Ref number given to me bythem

Since Wednesday the new driver is leaving people at the station msogwaba garage we getting home late its not safe getting home 7:00 have to wait for a bus leaving 6 o'clock from town nelspruit Wednesday the other bus hooted for him to wait for us but still he drove off

Bad service stealing from the poor

Went to go buy sneaker I was offered a spray for that sneaker wich I didn't want the guy who was assisting insisted I told him if he does not want to sell to me it's OK I will leave he the said to me come let's go pay I went to the counter again the lady who was the purchase offered me socks of wich I didn't want she started interrogating me why I don't want I'm going to need the socks. like I'm an idiot did not know what I wanted it's my first buying a sneaker.i told them to keep the sneaker and the t-shirt I wanted to buy. I've never seen such bad service when a customer says no to something you insist don't know how to entise clients.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Bought sneaker at phumlani mall for a child they gave me two right lucky someone brought the shoes back for me from mpumalanga to fix the issue for my family to collect in mpumalanga at phumlani mall they just saying sorry I don't accept that need this resolved my sister can collect the correct set of sneaker in nhlazatshe sportscene bad service

Bad service and neglecting customers
I have contract with vodacom it's router and a laptop I loss my sim card went in for a sim swap was charged I payed cash told sim is fine.then I got home need to use my latop is not working anymore went back to the store get told when sim swap was done something was not activated it was a hustle cause before even checking what is a problem was told about a fee.now the router can not connect there's three stores at my work place go to one store R200 another store press both buttons on the router will reset one i was asked if i bought the route and the laptop that specific store.don't know what to do now really.I'm not someone who buy things on contract this was my second one I'm shocked with level of service vodacom is providing once you to take contract with them you on your own.I'm so disappointed
