At the beginning of July 2024 I paid for 3 car license discs and have had no feedback. Tel 010 045 1500 is discontinued but still on web site - email addresses provided do not respond - info@carlicence.co.za, inquiries@carlicence.co.za, docs@carlicence.co.za and have tried c****rvice and get the run around as they are the holding address from what I understand and refuse to give me a contact number.
The new Discovery Banking application where a selfie is required for authorizing an online transaction is degrading, humiliating, abusive, etc I find it absolutely disgusting that if one is in a shop and must authorize an online transaction you have to take a selfie, look up, look up slowly, look down, look down slowly, look left, look right, open eyes, close eyes, open mouth, close mouth, keep mouth open slightly, move left, move right, timeout and restart the process. If you in a queue and there is movement behind, you are *****ed, timeout and restart the process. People look at you and wonder if you are a retard taking selfies while trying to do an online payment. I would really like to see the Discovery CEO shopping and having to go through this process and pull faces to look like a retard or ****** to pay for an item. I have been trying to get fiber since 16APR22, paid the verification fee and heard nothing. I phone on average 2x a week and I am not allowed to talk to a manager and the consultant will get back to me. Yeah Right! Rather let me know that you do not want my business and refund my money!!!

Vodamail is not working correctly. Since FRI 23APR21, I can only read 1 mail at a time before getting throw out of the system. The OTP takes upto 5 mins to reach me and it is impossible to read or write mails as you get thrown out.

VODACOM - I have more chance of getting covid-19 because I cannot get a response and I have to come to Midrand to vent my frustration to get this resolved! I wish upper management and CEO can see my ****ING FRUSTRATION in trying to cancel a contract from June 2020 and still getting charged every ****ING month! I keep getting told about an old system and I will get an sms and email tp confirm cancellation!!!!!!! More chance of getting ****ING COVID-19!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
RATTING SHOULD BE NEGATIVE I have been trying to cancel a data contract since JUN20 and get told it is cancelled and every month since then I have been charged. I always get the excuse that the number is on the old system and they will 'try' and cancel. IF I DO NOT GET THIS SORTED OUT BEFORE THE END OF THIS MONTH I WILL COME TO VODAWORLD AND VENT MY FRUSTRATION! SORT THIS OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE RATING SHOULD BE NEGATIVE. A friend bought a pair of shorts for me at Sandton (JHB) on 24DEC20 on his account and left this as a gift and returned to Durban and left the purchase slip and the purchase tag on the shorts. On the 03JAN21 I went to Sandton to get a bigger size and the staff and manager refused to swap the shorts for a bigger size and required that the purchaser had to come from Durban and present his card for me to get a bigger size. I phoned the so called 'Customer Service' my @ss and was given the same excuse that the purchaser must come to JHB for me to change and get a bigger size. Markham's, I hope your business fails due to your stupid decisions and rules and do not recommend anyone to purchase anything from your stores!!!
