23 October 2021 in Fourways William Nicol Emer g med ambulance bumped into my car , the lady who was driving the ambulance her name is Jayden Midlane . She bumped into my car from front damaging my car bumper , after bumping into my car she just drove past . I had to reverse to where she stopped . She was rushing to attend to an accident , by the way I was 7 months pregnant at that time. She didn't stop to see the damage she caused or asked if we are okay . Until this day they have not fixed my car . I was told by her manager that their insurance company is busy with the claim but still nothing up to today . I couldn't follow up as I was concentrating on my coming baby and my pregnancy. Her manager knew I was pregnant but they were all so insensitive and they didn't feel bad about what happened . I'm on maternity leave , I'm not getting paid by my company . How am I supposed to fix the damage on my bumper when people responsible don't even care . I am so disappointed
Has anyone had luck going through Eskom call centre because I haven't had luck ! I haven't had Electric since July and I just don't know what to do. Sent emails , got reference numbers . But no technician has pitched . I'm expecting a baby soon and I don't know how I will cope with a baby in the dark . If anyone at Eskom can see this please assist by getting back to me. I stay in Orange farm

Pick n pay Fourways is a nightmare. You'll find queues so long and only 3 tills opened. Staff is so inefficient you'll wonder how they were hired . Very bad customer service from the Deli section up to the tolls. Does the store have supervisors ? I mean no assistant to open more tills or something. You'll just stand on that queue until you get to that grumpy cashier . I didn't expect this in a big mall like Fourways Mall . So disappointed , by the way I've experienced this more than once
My decoder showed error E-04 , with message "Smartcard error" That was on Sunday , and the message said Iust take out smartcard and wipe it , then insert it again if error doesn't clear I must take it to MultiChoice . So today I send someone to take a decoder to DStv agency in JHB. When he got there they said they can't help him as they want my ID or I have to come myself... I made a plan at work , and left around my lunch time . I started at Randburg MultiChoice and the queue was a nightmare... Then I drove to JHB Jeppe street . When I got there , there was a long queue still but I had no choice but to stand there. They tested my decoder , for a long time , changed the smartcard . Still nothing , that message still popped. After a while this lady that was assisting called a guy and told him that my decoder doesn't want to clear error even after changing the card. This guy told me that I have to change a decoder but unfortunately they don't have stock I have to go to Randburg ! Such a hassle to clear an error and the back and forth I had to do just so I can watch TV that I pay for every month ! I couldn't even go to Randburg because I was already late at work. I dont understand why I can't send someone !? It's ridiculous , now I have to take morning off work again to go queue at Randburg . I wonder if I will go out as a happy customer or what . So annoyed
I have had a terrible experience at American Swiss . So my boyfriend bought me a watch in October 7th at American Swiss , just recently we noticed that it's loosing colour from silver to bronze. I mean it's too soon ! We went to Fourways mall branch and to ask how long does the colour has to last since it's only 3 months . Their reply was " it depends on a person wearing it" Like seriously , are they trying to say it's my fault now !? The watch was R549.90 which I think it's a rip off if it looks like this now. It looks like I bought it in some corner shop in Joburg . Sad part is that they said there is nothing they can do about it. Wow !! R550 might seem small to them , but to some of us it's not. We go to shops like theirs because we expect quality but unfortunately ... I will never ever buy any jewellery from this store ever ever again
Fourways malls security is very tight , that's what we need as festive season is here. We want to feel safe as we shop . The mall is very big but then there's a security guard every corner so you can ask for directions without fear. I'm impressed
I went to Clicks in Eyethu mall Orange farm this morning. Had a bit of a cough and my voice was not coming out nicely ... Took some meds on the shelf as there was a queue at dispensary & some vitamin c tabs and was also looking for a pregnancy test. I couldn't find it on the shelves , I asked a guy working there and he said I'll find it by the tills . When I got to the tills I was assisted by a guy who was with a lady there , looked like they were just chatting . I greeted the guy and asked him for pregnancy test. He said "please speak louder" I tried raising my voice , but with the cough and ho****ness in my voice plus mask on my face I assumed that's the reason he couldn't hear ... I shifted my mask a bit so that he can hear me . Finally he heard me ! He then said looking irritated "Just raise your voice don't move your mask" 1. If you kept the pregnancy tests by the shelves I wouldn't have been forced to speak louder and even shifted my mask to be heard by your cashier. I would have taken the item , went to the tills and just greeted him and paid ... 2. If the cashier was alone and concentrated on me the customer , he would have heard me the first time. So he was busy with a lady colleague and assisting me at the same time. 3. Something's are private , I can't scream "please can I get a pregnancy test" I really felt uncomfortable , please do something about this !! Maybe put the stuff right by the tills like sweets if you are worried about theft , but not behind the cash desk .
We went to cashbuild in Orange farm ext 2 next to Eyethu mall today. The service we received was so bad , there's this guy who came to us and told us to please buy quickly and leave the store as there are people outside who wants to come in and buy. We were buying lot of stuff , we couldn't just run and grab stuff like a grocery store. We had a list of stuff to buy. I found it rude and felt disrespected . Overheard staff members speaking and saying " I wonder if they are buying or just looking " ! I felt so annoyed really . We ended up spending over 10k in that store today . Even the cashier was very rude and I asked her why she's angry and she said she's not angry that's how she looks . The reason I asked was because she spoke with an angry face " is this all or there's more you are buying " we said yes there's more and she said " when I'm done with this - I'm leaving you guys because you don't have everything here... " That time we were waiting for sales assistant to bring the rest of the stuff to the till but we had other stuff so she can start scanning. I'm a store manager by profession so when I see this kind of service , I become so angry . People are losing their jobs and you treat customers that pay your salary like trash .
