They make Travelstart look good.
Can you get worse service? 3 weeks after my first request for documentation and still no success. Call centre machine promises to get back at the end of the day. Still nothing a week later. They make Travelstart look good.

Very disappointing
A month after my Amazon parcel arrived at customs I had to make 5 phone calls to Amarex before someone could be bothered to find out what had happened to it. All of a sudden it was cleared and was delivered 5 days later.

Appalling service
Close to the worst service I have ever received. Only thanks to my ongoing queries did I receive my parcel 3 weeks after it arrived in customs. To cap it all it was sent to the wrong address despite all the necessary paperwork being done.

Evetech, slow start but very efficient once the process started.
Initial doubt when it took 5 days for my payment to be acknowledged, but once the process had started things moved along rapidly. Good quality backpack and very competitive pricing.
