dismissive behavior from the customer onboarding specialist - Glen Kistensamy. Does not respond to email and then has attitude when asked for another consultant to rather assist. Disappointing service
Shocking service from Blairgowrie storage. Four weeks after paying, still no refund and the owner says via his staff that I must just wait.
FlySafair's treatment of passengers is disgusting. Overbooking flights and then bumping passengers who booked weeks in advance is terrible service. Trying to fix the problem was passed from one person to another on the ground. When we eventually got a flight, it turned out the ground crew had not informed the air crew. To make matters worse, the attendant became very assertive and demanding to know who let us in.
more than seven days and I'm still waiting to hear from a consultant on why I was over charged for my gym membership. Ridiculous and don't even bother with the whatsapp number. My reference number is 7992933935
Momentum short term insurance has no clue when it comes to customer service. Weeks have gone by and the sales agent cannot bother responding. Not even the complaints email gets answered msticomplaints@momentum.co.za
Paid for an online order and nothing was delivered. Despite sending two emails and an automated ticket number I’ve had no joy. Not even the call Centre number gets answered. Ridiculous customer service. I will never buy from them online again
